Research Analyst Intern

Responsibility:

• Lead the planning and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with the overall business objectives
• Define and prioritize product features based on customer feedback, data analysis, marketing demands and
• domain requirements.
• Drive the product development process, from ideation through release, ensuring timely delivery and high-
• quality outcomes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales, to drive successful launch, development, and
• advancement of B2B products
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, to gather insights
• and ensure product satisfaction
• Provide clear and concise communication of product vision, goals, and progress to both internal teams and
• external stakeholders
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, informing product
• strategy and decision-making
• Monitor product performance through metrics, iterating on the product strategy as needed to achieve
• business objectives
• Mentor junior product managers in terms of general learning and product/feature-specific guidance
• Be responsible for feature validation, both in terms of quality and user satisfaction.
• Requirements:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in software product management
• At least 3 years of complex B2B software product management experience
• Analytical mindset with a willingness to go deep into problem-solving
• Being data-driven is essential; inclined to use data to validate assumptions and business assertions
• Strong technical understanding of the software development process and general design constructs
• Impeccable collaboration and communication skills
• Bias for action: Default setting is to take action to move the product forward and improve customer

Years of Experience required: 4 years (Min)

 Mandatory:-

·  At least 3 years of experience in database or BI developer role

·  Microsoft accreditation(s) preferred

·  Proficient at design and development of ETL using MS SQL Integration Services (SSIS)

·  Experience with common ETL Design Patterns

·  Proficient at writing T-SQL, stored procedures and functions

·  Proficient with analysis of data quality and data profiling

·  Experience with writing technical documentation and communicating database design

·  Experience working with an Agile team to create and develop operational processes and software

·  Experience developing ETL of OLTP data for analytical/BI reporting; ability to perform as OLTP DBA is a plus

·  Proficient in Excel BI Tools, XML, JSON and Version Control Systems (TFS experience is a plus)

·  Experience in OLAP schema modeling for DWH

1. 11+ years of experience as an Engineer
2. Ability to work with teams in a collaborative and productive manner

 Must-Have:

1. Strong Expertise in Backend Technologies- Java, Spring Boot, etc 
2. Expertise in working with AWS or other cloud infrastructures like Azure or Google Cloud, and using Infrastructure-as-Code tools
3. Analyze Functional & Non-Functional requirements with effort estimation and deployment strategies
4. Hands-on in Architecting and developing large scale applications
