Job Overview
As a Corporate Design Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the visual design aspects of our brand. You will lead a team of designers, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our brand's design guidelines are consistently applied across all touchpoints. Your role is instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our brand's visual identity, ensuring a cohesive and engaging customer experience, improving UI and UX design, and creating digital videos for intros, outros, and presentations.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Design Strategy: Develop and execute the corporate design strategy, ensuring it aligns with our brand values and objectives.
Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of designers, providing guidance and fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
Brand Consistency: Ensure that design elements, including logos, colour schemes, typography, and imagery, adhere to brand guidelines across all materials and platforms.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and other departments to align design efforts with overall business goals and messaging.
Design Production: Create and oversee the production of visual materials such as marketing collateral, presentations, packaging, and digital content.
Quality Control: Implement quality control measures to maintain a high standard of design excellence and consistency.
Digital Video Production: Design and produce digital videos for video intros, outros, presentations and similar to enhance our brand's visual appeal.
Corporate Presentation Design: Develop compelling and visually engaging corporate presentations for internal and external audiences. Create templates that users across the organisation can use.
Proficiency in Design Software: Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, to create and edit design assets.
UI and UX Design: Enhance user interfaces and user experiences, ensuring a seamless and visually pleasing interaction with our products and services.
Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with design trends and emerging technologies to keep our brand visually competitive.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
5 years of experience in design, with a focus on corporate branding and UI UX design
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A portfolio demonstrating your design expertise and experience, including digital video projects, corporate presentations and UIUX work.
The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design. The candidate should have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Job Responsibilities:
- Design clear engaging graphic communications for web, mobile, and print - this includes direct mail pieces, brand promotional items, website, and social media graphics, posters, flyers, and other marketing materials
- Work closely with the marketing and content team to translate their messaging concepts into graphic/visual marketing material
- Think creatively and independently design concepts, graphics, and layouts
- Grow online social networks by acquiring a new fan base and increasing interactions via designs
