ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design
- Working as part of a greater creative marketing team will help create a monthly marketing calendar
- Helps develop & adhere to brand guidelines & best practices for social media
- Creating monthly theme-based illustrations for article banners.
- Help in the selection of relevant and visually strong images for feature articles
- Selecting, editing, positioning and publishing images to accompany the text for each article. Ensuring relevant images are attached to the article.
- Publishing images with the help of writers & feature editors.
- Editing and publishing images of product/model shots done in-house
- Working closely with the writer(s) and photographer to get desired results
- Suggesting creative ideas for stories or images

Roles & Responsibilities
- The role will involve creating and iterating digital products along with the various product teams. No mundane DTP work. The design team is clearly positioned as the voice of the customers.
- Platforms: Mobile and Web
You need to be comfortable in:
- Interacting with real users on a regular basis
- Creatively presenting your case to stakeholders
- Making functional and aesthetic design experiences
- Seeing through the pixel-perfect development of your vision
Ideal Candidate
Along with Design (UX/UI), you need to possess at least 2 of the following skills:
- UX research
- Art and illustration
- Design strategy / Business analysis
- Motion/interaction design
- UX writing
- Front-end development
