🚀 Social Media Strategy & Execution

• Develop and execute brand awareness campaigns for LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
• Create and manage content calendars, post schedules, and engagement strategies.
• Ensure brand messaging is consistent and aligned with the company's learning & development goals.

📢 Content Creation & Management

• Collaborate with designers and content teams to create engaging visuals, reels, and posts.
• Write compelling copy, captions, and hashtags tailored for a B2B L&D audience.
• Optimize content for different platforms to increase engagement and reach.

📊 Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
• Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement to refine social media strategy.
• Track competitor activities and suggest innovative ways to enhance brand presence.

💬 Community Engagement & Growth

• Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build strong relationships with the target audience.
• Identify and collaborate with influencers, industry experts, and trainers to boost brand credibility.
• Drive discussions on corporate training, professional upskilling, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 6 months – 1 year of experience in social media marketing, preferably in Learning & Development or EdTech.

✅ Hands-on experience in managing LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.

✅ Strong knowledge of social media trends, branding, and engagement strategies.

✅ Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and paid social media campaigns.

✅ Experience in creating brand awareness campaigns that resonate with B2B audiences.

✅ Familiarity with social media tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Daily coordination with consultant / clinic head basis of the treatment advised by them.
• Helps patient to understand the value of treatment (Convincing patient to commit to treatment)   
• Explain the tariff of the respective procedures/investigations to patients in detail and upselling the packages
• Maintain counselor reports daily (Advice, Conversion and Patient-wise data).
• Coordinating with finance department (Invoices, Getting Discount Approval, Billing).
• Establishing a tone of empathy that helps to resolve any patient complaints or conflicts.
• Follow up with patients at all stages.
• Doctor for life - Responsible for long term relationship management with the patient.
