ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conceptualizing and executing creative print design ideas, including visuals for packaging and trade marketing
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders and incorporating feedback into your final design
- Working as part of a greater creative marketing team will help create a monthly marketing calendar
- Helps develop & adhere to brand guidelines & best practices for social media
- Creating monthly theme-based illustrations for article banners.
- Help in the selection of relevant and visually strong images for feature articles
- Selecting, editing, positioning and publishing images to accompany the text for each article. Ensuring relevant images are attached to the article.
- Publishing images with the help of writers & feature editors.
- Editing and publishing images of product/model shots done in-house
- Working closely with the writer(s) and photographer to get desired results
- Suggesting creative ideas for stories or images

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Business Development is a critical aspect of our platform business.
1. Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
2. Calling 65-70 leads everyday
3. Setting up meetings with potential clients (parents)
4. Generating Trial Classes - Pitch Parents to take PlanetSpark trial Classes
5. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
6. Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (3L revenue per month) 7. “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
