The Role

This is a deep, hands-on individual contributor role. You'll be working on the core backend platform - designing APIs, building scalable workflows, hardening infrastructure, and setting the technical bar for the team around you. You won't be managing people, but you'll naturally

raise everyone's game through code reviews, technical guidance, and the quality of your own work. If you thrive in environments with high ownership, low bureaucracy, and genuinely hard problems, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

Core Platform Development

Design and build reliable, scalable backend systems using .NET Core. Architect RESTful APIs and business workflow orchestration that hold up under real enterprise load. Make considered tradeoffs between correctness, performance, and maintainability.

Cloud & Infrastructure

Own backend services on Microsoft Azure - app services, databases, messaging, storage, and access management. Work closely with DevOps to improve deployment pipelines and infrastructure reliability.

CI/CD & DevOps Collaboration

Support and improve CI/CD pipelines for fast, safe deployments. Bring a production-minded perspective to automation, rollback strategies, and release confidence.

Security & Compliance

Proactively embed security into the development process - secure coding practices, data protection, access controls, and compliance awareness relevant to enterprise financial systems.

Quality & Observability

Set standards for testing (unit, integration, e2e), code review, and observability. You should care deeply about knowing when things break before customers do.

Technical Mentorship

Unblock engineers around you. Share context, raise the quality of code reviews, and help the

team develop good engineering intuition - without needing a management title to do it.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 6 -10 years of backend engineering experience with strong depth in .NET Core.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, service architecture, and distributed systems.

• Strong relational database skills - schema design, query optimization, indexing (PostgreSQL or SQL Server)• Security-conscious mindset with practical experience applying secure coding practices

• Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Strong Plus

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architecture and tenant isolation patterns

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, SQL, Service Bus, Key Vault, etc.)

• Experience with CI/CD tooling and deployment automation

• Background in financial systems - payments, invoicing, reconciliation, audit trails

• Exposure to event-driven architecture, background job processing,and async workflows.

• Prior experience in a tech lead, staff engineer, or equivalent hands-on senior role.

Why this role exists

We're looking for a seasoned Senior QA Engineer with 6–8 years of experience in complex, enterprise-

scale software to join our Agile product team and be a quality champion embedded across the full

software development lifecycle — from refining user stories to post-release checks — ensuring we ship

reliable, performant software at pace. With core strengths in understanding applications and business

processes, designing test strategies, test plans and validating acceptance criteria via detailed test

cases. Experience in QA automation is a plus — not the focus.

What you'll do

 Own test strategy and perform end to end execution for complex, multi-module features

 Shape quality upstream. Partner with product and engineering to clarify acceptance criteria

and Definition of Done and raise quality risks while they're still cheap to fix.

 Test new features. Exploratory and scenario-based testing of new functionality

 Own the regression suite end to end - its architecture, conventions, quality bar, and roadmap.

 Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and standards across the team.

Must-haves

 Ownership mindset - you can take a test suite as your own, set its standards, make and

defend trade-off decisions, and say no when coverage isn't worth it.

 Product and feature literacy - you can look at a feature, reason about what matters to users,

and translate that into the right tests, acceptance criteria, and risk-based priorities.

 Strong exploratory and scenario-based testing - boundary, negative, and edge-case

thinking.

 API testing of REST services and comfort reading Swagger/OpenAPI specs.

 Solid SQL skills for data validation and defect investigation.

 Clear communication and the ability to mentor; comfortable in Agile/Scrum/Kanban.Nice-to-have

 Hands-on browser automation with Playwright (or strong Cypress/Selenium with willingness

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Engineer with 2+ years of experience in enterprise integration and production support. This role will act as the complete owner of the customer support board — managing, triaging, and resolving support tickets end to end while coordinating with engineering, product, and implementation teams. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Boomi or another iPaaS platform, deep working knowledge of databases and REST APIs, and a track record of rigorous testing and validation. Experience with Intapp Integration Builder is a plus.

Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 5:00 AM, with flexible breaks during the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer support board end to end — triaging incoming tickets, managing priority and status, and driving each issue through to resolution.

• Serve as the frontline point of contact for customers on integration issues, providing clear, timely communication throughout the life of a ticket.

• Debug and troubleshoot integrations built on Boomi or other iPaaS platforms, performing root-cause analysis and resolving incidents within SLAs.

• Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries against production and staging databases for data validation, reconciliation, and issue investigation.

• Work extensively with REST/SOAP APIs, FTP/SFTP, and data formats such as JSON and XML to diagnose and resolve integration failures.

• Test and validate reported issues, including reproducing defects, verifying fixes, and confirming resolution before closing tickets.

• Participate in integration design and enhancement work, contributing to the build and improvement of existing integration processes.

• Take up new development and change requests, following SDLC practices — design, build, test, and deploy — to release changes safely to production.

• Work across internal teams — engineering, product, and implementation — to triage incoming issues, determine ownership, and coordinate resolution.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and implementation teams to resolve both technical issues (database, integration, and server-side) and business/process issues.

• Stay flexible and continuously build cross-functional knowledge, since resolving tickets often requires learning new systems and business workflows on the fly.

• Maintain technical documentation, support guides, and troubleshooting procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in integration engineering, integration support, or a similar role.

• Hands-on experience with Boomi or another iPaaS platform.
