This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager . The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for communication with clients, sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management.

1. Business Development :

• Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.

• Professionally handle incoming requests from customers within

defined territory.

• Generate new business leads or opportunities based on

similar/existing solutions provided to customers.

• Thoroughly and effectively gather customer information.

• Maintain a balance between company policy and customer

benefits.

• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process

improvements.

• Present products and services to prospective customers.

• Perform product demonstration.

• Active participation in tender.

• Early engagement with PSU & private customers for requirement.

• Achieving assigned territory business target.

• Implementing effective strategies to maximize profitability.

• Effectively handling customer negotiation to ensure maximum

order value & profit with favorable T&C to the organization.

• Payment follows up

2. Customer Relationship :

• Knowledge of Support/Communication etiquettes for general day

to day client communication.

• Communicate with client for ongoing Issues / Product Trainings.

• Administer regular feedback from the customer for product

improvement.

• Working with a team or individually to enhance customer

experience and solve grievances.

3. Data Management :

• Work on Supports in-house tasks like updating timesheet, prepare

Weekly Reports etc.

• Opportunity Follow up and Update in CRM System with precise

order closing details (e.g., time & amount).

• Prepare and submit reports weekly/monthly MIS reports to the

Regional Manager.

• Ensure accurate opportunity/customer details to be entered in CRM

System.

4. Business Analysis :

• Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.

• Discover sales opportunities through market research.

• Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to

cultivate customer relationships.

• Monitor competition within assigned region.

Qualifications :

Minimum 3-8 years + of experience in the industry.

Experience in Technical sales like AVEVA system platform, IIOT, Wonderware ,Industry 4.0 preferable.

Ability to travel when required.

The candidate should have a background in development/programming with experience in at least one of the following: .NET, Java (Spring Boot), ReactJS, or AngularJS.

Primary Skills:

1. AWS or GCP Cloud
2. DevOps CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
3. Python/Bash/PowerShell scripting

Secondary Skills:

1. Docker or Kubernetes

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IoT engineering, embedded systems, or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge of IoT technologies, including sensors, communication protocols (such as MQTT, CoAP, and HTTP), microcontrollers, and cloud platforms.
• Experience in programming languages such as Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or similar, as well as experience with IoT platforms like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AWS IoT, or Azure IoT.
• Proven experience in designing and developing IoT solutions for real-world applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to innovate and create new IoT-based educational content.

Engineering Manager

Key deliverables

Software Architecture: Ensure implementation of a modular, scalable, secure and robust cloud software framework.

Project Management: Sprint Management for development projects to ensure tracking, planning and agile development and upgrades.

Certifications and Regulatory Approvals: Work with regulatory agencies and consultants to ensure implementation for an acquiring certification and regulatory approvals - FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 27001,

GDPR, HIPAA compliance

Other deliverables

Compliance and Tracking: Tracking key KPIs for cloud software to ensure performance and solve for

any deltas in the expected KPIs.

3rd Party Tech Integration: Work with third parties to ensure smooth integration of our offering in

their system. Establish Dozee as the backend for healthtech.

Associated tasks

Documentation: Industry Standard API documentation, software architecture, specifications and

QA: Ensure zero down time and correctness of the data and features

Ensuring smooth and seamless integration for 3rd Parties

Collateral (videos/blogs) to demonstrate API integration in healthtech infra

Regular communication with 3rd parties

Certifications and Regulatory Approvals:

Ensure FDA documentation, clinical trials, submission and approval with the regulatory consultant and our team

ISO-13485 SOP, Documentation and Implementation across all systems in the organization ISO-27001 documentation, gap analysis, solving for deltas and certification

GDPR and HIPAA compliance

Other necessary accreditations and approvals

QA:

Enhance existing QA coverage

Setup automated systems to monitor the health of the production environment

Setup proper reporting for any deltas identified by QA

Experience:

Experience in software development and management, especially API development, microservices,

Support, maintain, and enhance existing and new product functionality for trading software in a real-time, multi-threaded, multi-tier server architecture environment to create high and low level design for concurrent high throughput, low latency software architecture.
