This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager . The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for communication with clients, sales activities, customer service, training, and sales management.
1. Business Development :
ā¢ Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies.
ā¢ Professionally handle incoming requests from customers within
defined territory.
ā¢ Generate new business leads or opportunities based on
similar/existing solutions provided to customers.
ā¢ Thoroughly and effectively gather customer information.
ā¢ Maintain a balance between company policy and customer
benefits.
ā¢ Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process
improvements.
ā¢ Present products and services to prospective customers.
ā¢ Perform product demonstration.
ā¢ Active participation in tender.
ā¢ Early engagement with PSU & private customers for requirement.
ā¢ Achieving assigned territory business target.
ā¢ Implementing effective strategies to maximize profitability.
ā¢ Effectively handling customer negotiation to ensure maximum
order value & profit with favorable T&C to the organization.

2. Customer Relationship :
ā¢ Knowledge of Support/Communication etiquettes for general day
to day client communication.
ā¢ Communicate with client for ongoing Issues / Product Trainings.
ā¢ Administer regular feedback from the customer for product
improvement.
ā¢ Working with a team or individually to enhance customer
experience and solve grievances.
3. Data Management :
ā¢ Work on Supports in-house tasks like updating timesheet, prepare
Weekly Reports etc.
ā¢ Opportunity Follow up and Update in CRM System with precise
order closing details (e.g., time & amount).
ā¢ Prepare and submit reports weekly/monthly MIS reports to the
Regional Manager.
ā¢ Ensure accurate opportunity/customer details to be entered in CRM
System.
4. Business Analysis :
ā¢ Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
ā¢ Discover sales opportunities through market research.
ā¢ Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g., trade shows) to
cultivate customer relationships.
ā¢ Monitor competition within assigned region.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3-8 years + of experience in the industry.
Experience in Technical sales like AVEVA system platform, IIOT, Wonderware ,Industry 4.0 preferable.
Ability to travel when required.
