Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:-

- Assist in sourcing and attracting candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, referrals, etc.)

- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews

- Source candidates through online channels, networking, databases, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ suitability.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide timely feedback to candidates.

- Assist in employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

- Support campus recruitment, job fairs, and other hiring events.

- Work with senior HR team members to understand the requirements.

- Release LOI’s and Appointment letters.

- Onboarding and employee documentation management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

● Profound Experience in client handling/communication from the beginning till the successful.

◾ Generate business through online portals like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer etc.

◾ Bringing new projects through bidding, Client communication, Proposal making/writing.

◾ Experience in handling Indian and International clients.

◾ Must have Excellent Written communication & Writing Skills.

• 8 - 11 years of experience in software development with at least 5 years on GUI development
• Experience on Java, HTML, CSS and Java script
• Experience with write SQL or equivalent queries on relational or NoSQL databases e.g. Oracle, PostgreSQL, Couchbase, MongoDB, Cassandra

• Experience in end to end recruitment and account management.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and performing screenings
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Handle IT recruitment for clients
• Client interaction and managing client expectations
• Work in a target driven environment
