1. Technical Skills Desired:

Role Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant micro-services based applications for the company. Using Node Js, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSql, JWT, Cassandra, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Rabbitmq, Redis, Middlewares, CDN, Elasticsearch, this candidate will be able to translate user and business needs into functional and enterprise level product.

Salary Range:  10 LPA to 25 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing highly scalable, reliable and fault-tolerant backend architectures & applications for the company.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mobile, DevOps, Data, UX, QA, etc.) on planning and execution.
• Communicate, collaborate and lead the work & team effectively across distributed features
• Owning and working end-to-end on application – from system (server, deployment, configuration management) to back end (container, application, and database).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of experience in backend technologies: Node Js, Python, MongoDB, PostgreSql, JWT, Cassandra, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, Middlewares, CDN, Elasticsearch etc.
• Implementation of security and data protection.(CSRF/JWT/ORM and various middleware/DB security implementations).
• Strong problem-solving skills, algorithmic skills, and data structures experience.
• Ability to design and implement low latency RESTful services in Monolith & Microservice both the architectures.
• Data modelling experience in both Relational and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to understand and implement Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.
• Experience in troubleshooting server performance memory issues, GC tuning, resource leaks, etc.
• Ability to scope, review and refine user stories for technical completeness and to alleviate dependency risks.
• Experience in versioning systems like GitHub, SVN, gitlab etc.

• Experience in Windows NDIS networking driver development.
• Experience in developing and maintaining of Network drivers and/or IWARP drivers and/or TCP offload drivers and/or iSCSI drivers and/or FCoE drivers is preferable.
• Experience in analyzing and debugging kernel crash dumps.

• RDMA/IWARP/RoCE, TCP offload, iSCSI, FCoE, FC, Networking device drivers.
• Good knowledge in TCP/IP.
• Performance tuning, crash dump analysis, solving critical customer issues

Essential Requirements:

• 5+ years of Software development experience
• Hands on development experience using Java technology stack with focus on architecture and design.
• Hands-on in Java Programming, J2EE, Spring or SpringBoot, Hibernate, RestAPI, Data Structures, Design Patterns, Oracle Database, PL/SQL
• Experience in application servers with prime focus on Tomcat.
• Experience in messaging systems such as RabbitMQ.
• Experience working in Linux/Unix environments. Must be hands on with Object Oriented concepts along with passion for design patterns and applicability.
• Relevant experience in Java frameworks like Spring Microservices, Spring-Boot, Hibernate, JPA etc.
• Understanding of developer testing practices and the differences between unit, functional, and system tests,
• Should have working experience in a CI/CD environment where build & test is automated.
• Should have working experience in tools like Maven, Jenkins, Bamboo etc.
• Should have used testing Frameworks such as JUnit, Selenium
• Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts or principles

• 5+ years of software development experience including 4+ years of deep, hands on experience in building highly scalable web-based backend applications using Java and Spring ecosystem
• BE/BTech in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Great problem-solving skills with solid data structures and algorithms knowledge
• Has extensively used the Spring ecosystem – Spring Boot, REST API Development, ORM tools like Hibernate
• Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
• Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Multi-Threading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc)
• Experience of coaching and mentoring junior developers with good delegation and time-management skills

• Developing app using Flutter for both Android & iOS platforms.
• Writing quality code independently that is simple, reliable, and scalable.
• Evaluating and implementing out-of-the-box ideas for application development.
• Working with the team to manage, optimize, and customize multiple applications.
• Detecting and troubleshooting application issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 1+ years of experience in Flutter.Should have worked and successfully deployed apps using Flutter framework.
• Good knowledge of Flutter SDK & Dart programming language.
• Should have worked on mobile platforms like Android or iOS.
• Should have developed & worked with Flutter widgets for iOS & Android with any of the state management solutions like Bloc, Provider, Mobx, etc.
• Mobile app architecture design and optimization. Extreme attention to detail and the ability to match the design as closely as possible.
• Ability to work closely with Product Managers, other development team members.
• Understanding of Functional Reactive Programming is a must.
• Comfortable with Test-Driven Development.

• Hands on Experience on  PHP, Laravel, MySQL, jQuery, HTML5, Linux
• Knowledge of open source platforms like Wordpress will be an added advantage.
