Job Description:

• Candidate will be responsible for sales in BFSI & Govt. Segment
• Candidate should have a relevant experience and proven track record in BFSI & Govt. Segment.
• To tap and map all prospective customers/partners
• To generate new business and increase customer base.
• To Focus on achieving assigned targets on a monthly basis
• Manage and own the entire sales cycle from quote to collection

Responsibilities -

• Collaborate with the development team to understand data requirements and identify potential scalability issues.
• Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, process, and analyse large - volumes of data from various sources.
• Optimize data models and database schemas to improve query performance and reduce latency.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of our Cassandra database on Azure Cosmos DB, identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations as needed.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data engineering and distributed systems.

Qualifications & Requirements -

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role, with a focus on designing and optimizing large-scale data systems.
• Strong proficiency in working with NoSQL databases, particularly Cassandra.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms, preferably Azure Cosmos DB.
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems, Data modelling, Data Warehouse Designing, and ETL Processes.
• Detailed understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required.
• Good to have knowledge on any visualization tool like Power BI, Tableau.
• Good to have knowledge on SAP landscape (SAP ECC, SLT, BW, HANA etc).
• Good to have experience on Data Migration Project.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain domain would be a plus.
• Familiarity with software architecture (data structures, data schemas, etc.)
• Familiarity with Python programming language is a plus.

Sizzle is an exciting new startup that’s changing the world of gaming.  At Sizzle, we’re building AI to automate gaming highlights, directly from Twitch and YouTube streams. We’re looking for a superstar engineer that is well versed with AI and audio technologies around audio detection, speech-to-text, interpretation, and sentiment analysis.  

You will be responsible for:

Developing audio algorithms to detect key moments within popular online games, such as:

Streamer speaking, shouting, etc.

Gunfire, explosions, and other in-game audio events

Speech-to-text and sentiment analysis of the streamer’s narration

Leveraging baseline technologies such as TensorFlow and others -- and building models on top of them

Building neural network architectures for audio analysis as it pertains to popular games

Specifying exact requirements for training data sets, and working with analysts to create the data sets

Training final models, including techniques such as transfer learning, data augmentation, etc. to optimize models for use in a production environment

Working with back-end engineers to get all of the detection algorithms into production, to automate the highlight creation

You should have the following qualities:

Solid understanding of AI frameworks and algorithms, especially pertaining to audio analysis, speech-to-text, sentiment analysis, and natural language processing

Experience using Python, TensorFlow and other AI tools

Demonstrated understanding of various algorithms for audio analysis, such as CNNs, LSTM for natural language processing, and others

Nice to have: some familiarity with AI-based audio analysis including sentiment analysis

Familiarity with AWS environments

Excited about working in a fast-changing startup environment

Willingness to learn rapidly on the job, try different things, and deliver results

Ideally a gamer or someone interested in watching gaming content online

Summary

This is a key position within Data Sciences and Systems organization responsible for data systems and related technologies. The role will part of Amazon Web service (AWS) Data Lake strategy, roadmap, and AWS architecture for data systems and technologies.

Essential/Primary Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows:

• Collaborate with data science and systems leaders and other stakeholders to roadmap, structure, prioritize and execute on AWS data engineering requirements.
• Works closely with the IT organization and other functions to make sure that business needs and requirements, IT processes, and regulatory compliance requirements are met.
• Build the AWS infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a vendor site clinical data sources using AWS big data technologies
• Create and maintain optimal AWS data pipeline architecture
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelors degree in a Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related discipline is required. A Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 6-8 years technical management experience is required. Equivalent experience may be accepted.
• Experience with data lake and/or data warehouse implementation is required
• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Information Systems or related fields
• Project experience with visualization tools (AWS, Tableau, R Studio, PowerBI, R shiny, D3js) and databases. Experience with python, R or SAS coding is a big plus.
• Experience with AWS based S3, Lambda, Step functions.
