Objectives of the job

To ensure Skill Enhancement of sales and after-sales staff :

  • Develop training materials, modules, and resources tailored to the needs of dealership personnel.
  • Collaborate with management to assess training needs and implement strategies to enhance performance.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.

 To perform training needs analysis (TNA) for each department and identify the gap vis-à- vis product knowledge, sales process and soft skill

 Conduct Product and Sales Process Training with role plays at dealerships

Liaison with OEM
