Role Summary:

We are looking for an execution-focused, resourceful, and steadfast Project Manager to manage site hygiene, drive Below-The-Line (BTL) activities, liaise with vendors, and ensure flawless execution of all site-related initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

 Site Hygiene and Maintenance: Ensure high standards of site upkeep, visual merchandising, and overall appearance always.

Job Description:

1. Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for payment platforms.
2. Collaborate with product owners and domain SMEs to define workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3. Lead functional workshops, event-storming, and sprint grooming sessions.
4. Translate regulatory and business rules into implementable stories across payment lifecycle modules.

Domain requirements:

1. Strong understanding of account-to-account payment flows, especially in ACH, SWIFT, SEPA, CHAPS, FPS, FedNow.
2. Knowledge of clearing/settlement processes, exception handling, and regulatory requirements (NACHA, ISO 20022, PSD2).
3. Experience working with payment hubs, onboarding systems, or banking platforms.
