Director of Technology

Role Summary:

As a Technical Director at IntraEdge, you will be at the forefront of leading our technology teams, providing expert guidance and support across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and lead multiple technology teams, helping resolve complex technical challenges.
• Participate in final round interviews to assess and secure top-tier talent.
• Research and implement new technological patterns and strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends to enhance our technological offerings.
• Support pre-sales activities by articulating technical strategies and solutions to prospective clients.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical leadership and team management.
• Must have at-least 7+ years of experience in Software Development
• Must have 3+ years experience of exposure working for a Startup or a Startup environment.
• Strong recruiting and talent assessment skills.
• Must have experience or at least a strong awareness of technology trends in a broad range of areas including, but not limited to: Web & API Development, Data Engineering, Mobile Development, Quality Assurance, AI Development, Cloud Native Development, Infrastructure as Code, Microservices Architecture, Serverless Application Development, Infrastructure & Application Security.
• Excellent understanding of current technology trends and patterns.
• Hands-On experience in 2 or more programming language. 
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical and non-technical concepts to various stakeholders.
• Effective communication and pre-sales skills.

ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Co-ordinate with brokers and go for the field visits with the respective teams for entire South India

·        Maintaining the database of potential clients

·        Co-ordinating with the various departments internally for getting the paper work completed for new projects

·        Keeping up with the latest industry developments, including market positioning of the competitors

SALARY

Will depend on experience. Upto 5 LPA + Variable incentives of upto 5LPA 

We are seeking a talented Python Developer to join our team and help us develop algorithmic trading strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python programming, excellent logical reasoning skills, and a passion for finance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

In depth knowledge of VUE.JS

• In depth knowledge of HTML5 • In depth knowledge of CSS3 (Less, Sass, Stylus is a plus), knowledge of BEM methodology is preferred

• Detailed knowledge of JavaScript (ES2015 is a plus)

• Experience in any JS framework(Angular, React + Redux, Vue, etc.,) is must

• Understanding of Web Accessibility WCAG guidelines.

• Must be able to mentor and guide junior technical resources.

• One who is proactive and come forward with technology related initiatives. Motivated selfstarter.

 • Good Communication skills. English - Oral and Written.

5+ years of experience in Content Management Systems in general, with at least 3+ yrs. of specific Sitecore experience required. Sitecore 8.X+ experience is ideal.

· Bachelor's in computer science, software engineering or similar

· Hands-on Sitecore development experience.

· The .NET Framework including Visual Studio, C#, and ASP.NET MVC with an understanding of the basics of front end technologies.

· Client-side browser technologies including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML, Responsive Web Design, JQuery and other front end development tools. Experience with Agile methodologies

· Experience with REST, Web Services, Web application frameworks

· Experience with build automation tools

· Experience in TDD and software testing frameworks

· Knowledge of IDEs and source control management (ideally TFS, GIT, SVN or similar)

· Strong adherence to a consistent delivery methodology and associated deliverable generation
