The Social Media & Digital Marketing Intern is responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Manager in implementing Tessacts overall communications and marketing plan -- focusing specifically on digital communications -- to build awareness about Tessact within the community, and  increase its visibility on social media platforms (mainly linkedIn)

1. Community management: designing social media campaigns, creating social media contents, answering to customer’s comments or questions (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram…).
2. Managing the company’s official website.
3. Writing contents for the company’s blog or website.
4. Creating contents for mail diffusion (newsletter…) or online diffusion.
5. Follow-up and improvement of SEO.
6. Helping the marketing team to follow-up and improve the digital marketing strategy

• You will be responsible for overseeing the development of Docsumo React webapp.
• You will be working closely with the founders and lead the frontend development
• Serve as a thought leader and mentor on technical, architectural, design and related issues

Skills:

• At least 6+ years years experience building React webapps

• Demonstrated ability to build 0-1 product from using React.
• Demonstrated ability of managing frontend engineers
• Proven skills in developing a production level end to end UI application on their own

Domain: Automation Testing – Selenium Job Purpose • Thought leadership - Consult with the client and setup/guides a team to strategize, design, implement and run automation solution supporting variety of applications • Technical leadership - Identify, evaluate, recommend, and optimize current automated testing processes and tools • Define and implement test automation strategy including roadmap, tools, framework, and approach across project teams • Oversee technological delivery of the recommended automation solution roadmap across project teams • setting up end to end QA processes across Requirement Analysis,Test Strategy/Design and Test reporting • Participate in design and architectural reviews of proposed automation solutions across project teams • Designing & implementing enterprise wide QA strategy for variety of clients including complex applications across multiple tech stacks (involving both functional and automation testing) • Planning, estimating (should be aware of robust models and how to use them) and tracking team’s work • Status reporting: Track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status etc. • Mentors/guides the team on technical knowhow • Adhere to company project standards and guidelines Mandatory Skills & Experience • 10-14 years of overall testing experience and atleast 4+ years of in-depth experience in establishing test automation frameworks, evaluating tools, and implementing continuous testing strategy • Hands on framework development for a Green Field Project • Strong hands on experience in Java/JavaScript programming languages; java collection frameworks • Strong experience on QA Automation tools such as Selenium/Cucumber/Appium/SOAPUIetc. • Strong exposure on UI or API automation, hands on Webservices/Microservices automation • Experience in CI/CD tools, such as Gitlab(preferable) / Jenkins • Experience in Cloud tech preferably AWS • Experience on Cloud Platforms such as Sauce Labs, Perfecto • Functional tools like Selenium (mandate), Webdriver IO, NightWatchJS, etc • Should have basic knowledge of JMeter or any other equivalent Performance testing tool • Sound Knowledge of methodologies and approaches such as Agile, BDD, DevOps etc. • Industry experience on Financial Services is preferred. Required skillset
Experience in backend and frontend tech stack and deployment is mandatory.
Excellent programming skills in Golang/Python/Java, JS/Dart/Swift and HTML/CSS.
Proficient in Web architecture and cloud integration concepts.

Good to have hands-on experience with GCP/AWS/Azure.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

The Lead DevOps Engineer will be responsible for the management, monitoring and operation of our applications and services in production. The DevOps Engineer will be a hands-on person who can work independently or with minimal guidance and has the ability to drive the team’s deliverables by mentoring and guiding junior team members. You will work with the existing teams very closely and build on top of tools like Kubernetes, Docker and Terraform and support our numerous polyglot services.

Introducing a strong DevOps ethic into the rest of the team is crucial, and we expect you to lead the team on best practices in deployment, monitoring, and tooling. You'll work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate our systems, help automate and streamline our operations and processes, build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring, and operations and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test and production environments. The position is based in our Bangalore office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Providing strategies and creating pathways in support of product initiatives in DevOps and automation, with a focus on the design of systems and services that run on cloud platforms.
• Optimizations and execution of the CI/CD pipelines of multiple products and timely promotion of the releases to production environments
• Ensuring that mission critical applications are deployed and optimised for high availability, security & privacy compliance and disaster recovery.
• Strategize, implement and verify secure coding techniques, integrate code security tools for Continuous Integration
• Ensure analysis, efficiency, responsiveness, scalability and cross-platform compatibility of applications through captured  metrics, testing frameworks, and debugging methodologies.
• Technical documentation through all stages of development

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience on Devops tools.
• Working experience with Linux, container orchestration and management technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, ECS …).
• Hands-on experience with "infrastructure as code" solutions (Cloudformation, Terraform, Ansible etc).
• Background of building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Gitlab-CI, Jenkins, CircleCI, Github actions etc).
• Experience with the Hashicorp stack (Vault, Packer, Nomad etc).
• Hands-on experience in building and maintaining monitoring/logging/alerting stacks (ELK stack, Prometheus stack, Grafana etc).
• Devops mindset and experience with Agile / SCRUM Methodology
