Job Requirements: 

• Have an innovative approach, an ability to understand the prospective needs of the market and then develop business opportunities 
• Technical presentation and commercial negotiation skills 
• Business development through engagement with B2B customers developed via relationships with Architects/ Interior designers, high end real-estate developers 
• Ownership of all facets of the sales process including the design detail, product recommendation & selection and sales process for customer opportunities generated through B2B contacts 
• Manage the B2B sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales, and identify new business opportunities 
• Handle the sales process from pre-sales to after-sales services by coordinating with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience 
• A detailed understanding of the Ligne Roset brand, and its product categories in order to craft design solutions for the customer 
• An ability to work with a defined timeline to deliver expected results  

Skills & Qualification: 

• A Graduate (BA/B.com/ B.sc) or higher qualification 
• An excellent network in the high-end furniture retail industry with a particular focus on architects, interior designers and real-estate developers 
• Pro-active planner and executor 

• Should have excellent business communication skills, both verbal and written 
• Strong-minded with a robust personality required 
• A background from the High-end home furniture, lighting appliances, sanitaryware or similar products that are used in luxury residential projects. 

Reporting Manager: Business Head 

• Preparing office driver's attendance & OT in Excel Sheet.
• Preparing MIS report for daily Shift schedule Drivers & Housekeeping staff.
• Coordinating, such as Event planning or client dinners.
• Mail checking, sending, and forwarding with correct information.
• Invoice checking for vendors reporting to the concerned person.
• Making calls and receiving further issues on the site.
• Drivers in and outgoing punching time, vehicle tools requirements purchasing
• Vehicle repairs maintenance tracking
• Handling stationery items for office usage,
• CC camera checking as per AMC.
• Generator power conditions checking and also as per AMC

Responsibilities

Responsible for quarterly GAAP and IFRS accounting oversight and financial reporting. Liaise with external auditors to facilitate the timely completion of audited financial statements. - Having experience in Asset Management, Risk Management, Valuations, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Product Management, Middle Office, and Treasury. AP and AR management, ensure timely processing of the invoices and thus timely payments. Invoice clarification including interaction with purchasers, requisitions and/ or vendors and ensuring 100% accuracy of invoices processed. Raising proper queries to business in case of any issues in invoices processing & resolving the issues. Maintain and reconcile Accounts Payable and GR/ IR accounts. Understand and apply procure to pay processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards Support all internal and external audits.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce and CA with 1 - 2 years of experience 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Accountancy administration Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho Books, Oracle or similar accounting software Proficiency in statutory and tax filings including GST, TDS, PF, PT, MLWF, ESIC, sales tax, income tax and related reconciliations Experience of accounting standards Indian GAAP and US GAAP Experience in preparing management reporting (MIS), company vauations, stock option agreements and related computations Experience of secreterial filings with regularory authorities like RoC in India, RBI in India and SEC in the US Should have multitasking ability and ability to meet the targeted deadlines Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good time management and organizational skills

Job Description:

Senior Sourcing Manager:

• 8+ years directly applicable Supply Chain experience
• Possess a working knowledge of manufacturing principles, particularly in the technology industry
• Working knowledge of Quality Principles, Continuous Improvement and Process Implementation (DMAIC, Lean Mfg, Kaizen)
• Experience with contract management, project management, and supplier relationship management
• Proven experience with detailed data analysis leading to strategic sourcing recommendations and decisions.
• Strategic Sourcing skills: SOW Development, Request for Quote/Proposal/Information, Total Cost of Ownership analysis and Supplier Relationship Management
