Job Description:
MBI/MTL Dashboard Automation Plan
- Sage Cloud → Zapier → Google Sheets → Looker Studio Pro
- P&L, VAT, aged debtors, top 10 customers report
- Logistics dashboards from Cin7 and Sage sync
- Real-time visibility for finance, operations, warehouse, and directors
- Internal setup — no external consultants
Techtron AI Content Engine
- Automate content: blogs → videos → press releases → campaign triggers
- Multilingual content across Shopify, Klaviyo, WhatsApp, QuickCEP, GA4
- Weekly publishing: 6 blogs + 12 branded videos across 30+ languages
- Tools: ChatGPT, Copy.ai, Synthesia, Canva, DeepL, SurferSEO, Zapier, Make.com
Role Requirements – AI & Automation Software Expert
This role must own and deliver:
- AI workflow and system automation (Zapier, Make.com, ChatGPT, Synthesia, Fireflies, QuickCEP)
- Automation stack across Sage, Shopify, Zoho, Cin7, Klaviyo, QuickCEP, WhatsApp
- SEO + LLMO-based content and campaign automation (SurferSEO, Google Trends)
- CRM + analytics integrations (GA4, Shopify, Looker, QuickCEP, Klaviyo)
- Dashboard logic: Sage → Google Sheets → Looker Studio Pro
- Logistics + sales + accounts + CRM + product syncing via Zapier & Cin7 export bridges
They must:
- Have deep Zapier and automation experience
- Show measurable daily/weekly output
- Work with Imran, Rao, Rizwana, Danyaal and all cross-functional teams (CRM, Content, Sales, Logistics, Accounts)
- Have proven expertise in full-stack automation across ERP, CRM, eCom, and dashboards, not just IT support

- AI suggests stronger leads nearby based on traffic, fit, and intent
Phase 4: Live Dashboards
- Auto-generated via Looker Studio & Zoho Analytics
Phase 5: AI Lead Scoring & Smart Replacements
- Uses Apollo, Crunchbase, Similarweb to replace weak leads with better-fit ones
