Role Requirements – AI & Automation Software Expert
This role must own and deliver:
- AI workflow and system automation (Zapier, Make.com, ChatGPT, Synthesia, Fireflies, QuickCEP)
- Automation stack across Sage, Shopify, Zoho, Cin7, Klaviyo, QuickCEP, WhatsApp
- SEO + LLMO-based content and campaign automation (SurferSEO, Google Trends)
- CRM + analytics integrations (GA4, Shopify, Looker, QuickCEP, Klaviyo)
- Dashboard logic: Sage → Google Sheets → Looker Studio Pro
- Logistics + sales + accounts + CRM + product syncing via Zapier & Cin7 export bridges
They must:
- Have deep Zapier and automation experience
- Show measurable daily/weekly output
- Work with Imran, Rao, Rizwana, Danyaal and all cross-functional teams (CRM, Content, Sales, Logistics, Accounts)
- Have proven expertise in full-stack automation across ERP, CRM, eCom, and dashboards, not just IT support
