Technical skills that you should have:

• Strong grasp of software engineering principles, with React, NextJs, Nest.js/Node.js and Typescript experience.
• Excellent front-end design skills. Should be very comfortable building UI from scratch. Experience with Figma, Tailwind CSS, and Zustand is a plus.
• DB experience - Postgres / SQL experience will be needed. Experience with Prisma is a plus.
• Node Backends - We use Nest.js and Next API Routes, but an understanding of/exp with Express will also suffice.
• Completed projects under their belt - from dev to launch and support.
• You should be comfortable using AI for coding

Must-have skills

• 1+ years of total software development experience
• 1+ years of React experience

• Lead design/requirements workshops

• Approve effort estimates of more junior consultants
• High level of understanding of how business utilise HR technology to their advantage
• Directly manage a team of consultants based in India
• Manage customer escalations around direct reports work
• Support in building the CloudRock team based in Indian through being an advocate for CloudRock and a leadership figure
• Support and mentor junior resource based in India/Portugal/UK

Person Specifications

• 8-12 years of software development experience with demonstrated ability to design, build, and deliver complex, successful engineering systems or products efficiently and with high quality.
• Good understanding of technologies and architecture in a highly scalable and available set up.
• Good understanding & expertise with highly transactional, large relational and complex systems
• Strong object-oriented design skills, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Working knowledge of one or more backend technologies from among Java, Ruby-on-Rails, Python, Golang.
• Well versed with development workflows for distributed systems deployed on the cloud (preferably AWS)
• Establishing and maintaining unit, integration and system test mechanisms in staging, pre-production and production environments

Full Stack Developer

Skills:

• Proficiency with JavaScript and HTML5

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with AngularJS and Angular Frameworks

• Familiarity with Linux environments

• Experience with GIT
