Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

We are looking for a candidate who has 1 - 2 years of experience in a B2B product marketing role. The candidate would be required to do following tasks to generate leads & drive brand awareness in India & foreign market:

• Engage with prospective clients on LinkedIn
• Good exposure of Account-based mapping 
• Generate a pipeline of leads via outbound targeting - LinkedIn, Email etc.
• Engage with leads on a regular basis and close the deals
• Maintain proper database of leads
• Experiment & regularly optimize messages to improve conversion rates
• Run creative campaigns to drive awareness of product
• Achieve monthly targets of setting up meeting with prospective clients
• Communicate, engage and help Voiceoc in partnering up with online media agencies 
• Gather market insights and infuse the learning back into the organization 

Other Details:

• Must have experience of working with a B2B SAAS startup/projects
• Work From Office and office is located in Noida.

We have a BYOD Policy, candidate must have his/her own personal laptop

Hands-on experience working in Java/JEE development involving implementation of Liferay tool, maintenance and support projects, Any experience triaging of issues in M&S project would be an advantage Liferay (7.0 and above, preferably 7.4), Java, JEE, Javascript, Spring, basic UI skills, basic DB/SQL knowledge.

• Improving business processes across customer service and operations functions
• Working in partnership with business stakeholders providing process excellence expertise to identify and shape opportunities that drive improved customer experience
• Working closely with business to embed continuous improvement as a culture and support the delivery of outcomes in conjunction with project implementation stakeholders
• Increasing process transparency to identify process optimization opportunities with lean/Six sigma methodologies and tools
• Being a voice for our customer experience team by identifying escalatory queries, operational inefficiency, providing customer insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide solutions for those customers
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve complicated issues and issues which require special attention
• Analysing customer care / operations team data and statistics to obtain results useful in taking key business decisions
• Contributing to the development of industry-leading processes and best practices for delivering customer excellence

Desired Candidate Profile

• MBA/ PGDM from Tier 1 college
• Certifications in Six Sigma/ PMP/ ITIL will be an added advantage
• Focus on quality and excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge in OKR, Agile Tools: Jira, CRM (Zoho, OneDirect etc.), Power BI
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Process/ Business Excellence and process automation across BFSI/ Fintech domain
• Experience in streamlining and automation of inbound and outbound communication channels
• Experience in leading a process excellence function with a team of passionate individuals to deliver measurable results    

What you need to have:

You would be part of:

1. Designing/Improvement of new/existing architectures of distributed computing with subcomponents of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS).
2. Working/Researching with industrial state of the art sensor systems and modules, and developing drivers (HAL or wrapper) and applications around their usage.
3. Design and implementation of communication protocols between different subcomponents of UAS for distributed computing.
4. Writing Applications and Drivers from the scratch for (embedded)linux based systems.
5. Scripting and automations around work flows of UAS usage.
6. Working with existing sophisticated software stacks of subcomponents of UASs.
7. Working closely with electronics, design and systems teams for architecture development and deployment.
8. Working closely with Flight Controller engineers to do collaborative development of UAVs.

We expect you to be:

1. Experienced in hands-on development of complex embedded systems involving multiple microcontrollers or SoCs.
2. Very good in analytical abilities to be able to do core research and development activities.
3. Able to write low level drivers (wrapper or core) from the scratch.
4. Very comfortable reading and understanding datasheets and reference manuals of microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors etc.
5. Able to understand existing complex embedded software stack written in C/C++.
6. Solid in C.
7. Good in C++.
8. Comfortable with using hardware debuggers.
9. Having Hands-On experience with RTOS concepts like scheduling, threads synchronicity , race conditions etc.
10. Having Solid understanding of interrupt mechanisms.
11. Experienced in working with different hardware protocols like SPI, I2C, UART, PWM, CAN, USB etc.
12. Having Solid understanding of interrupts architecture of ARM based microcontrollers like STM32, LPC etc.
13. Having Good understanding of the concept of bootloaders.
14. Able to multitask.
15. A self-motivated and motivating personality who can work well independently as well as part of a team
16. Having good interpersonal and soft skills who can adapt to the work environment while manifesting a good positive attitude

You are awesome if you are:

1. Experienced in Linux Device Driver development.
2. Having good exposure of working on and understanding of any sensor modules like GPS, LIDAR etc.
3. Experienced in data filtering techniques (Example: Kalman filter)

1. Experience in Website Development.

2. To create web pages through HTML and CSS in alignment with PSD design and themify them. In other words, combine interface design concepts with digital design.

3. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe creative suite. And should be proficient enough in designing the UI of websites with great user experience.

4. Ability to translate business requirements into system design and perform as per the needs.Capable enough to analyze the user’s choice over graphics and animation needs.

5. Conduct testing of completed applications to assess user experience.

6. Use coding to develop the aesthetics implemented within a website, from the layout menus and drop-down options to colours and fonts.

7. Ensuring all interactions are intuitive and convenient for the audience.

8. Collaborate with back-end web developers and programmers to improve usability.

9. Ensure that the website is optimized for various devices.

10. Coordinate with the testing team and work closely with them and implement the changes as asked by them.

11. The candidate must be ready to take responsibility, ownership of code, be independent, and at the same time is open to learning something new.

12. Basic knowledge of PHP.
