Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in developing declarative and component-based SPAs using Vue.js. Strong understanding of Java and experience with Spring Boot framework. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Experience with Keycloak and access management solutions for securing web applications. Understanding of OAuth and OpenID Connect protocols for single sign-on (SSO) authentication. Ability to integrate and configure Keycloak with Spring Boot applications to manage user authentication and authorization. Experience with JSON Web Tokens (JWT) for secure transmission of authentication data between client and server. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.

HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and retain qualified employees.

Responsibilities

·       Design compensation and benefits packages

·       Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)

·       Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

·       Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

·       Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

·       Act as the point of contact regarding labor legislation issues

·       Manage employees’ grievances

·       Create and run referral bonus programs

·       Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS)

Requirements and skills

React.js Developer Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
• Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
• Identifying web-based user interactions.
• Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
• Writing application interface codes using JavaScript following react.js workflows.
• Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
• Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.

React.js Developer Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
• Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
• Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
• Experience with user interface design.

• Minimum 1 years of relevant experience, in PySpark (mandatory)

• EMR ,Python and PYspark mandate.
• Knowledge and awareness working with AWS Cloud technologies like Apache Spark, , Glue, Kafka, Kinesis, and Lambda in S3, Redshift, RDS

What You Bring

· Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.

· Experience developing desktop applications.

· Strong working experience with back-end development using Node.JS, JavaScript.

· Strong knowledge of databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL).

· Experience with System Design and Architecture.

· Familiarity with common stacks.

· Familiarity with Parallel Threading, Concurrent calling and Aggregation Queries.

· Ability to write quality unit tests
