- Development and Test Automation experience through Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Establishing and executing Automated testing strategy for mobile apps with Tools like Perfecto Mobile/Appium or Web Driver/Selenium, TestNG and continuous integration tools like Jenkins, Git, Stampede etc.
- Sound knowledge in JAVA is must have
- Experience in Mobile AppDev and Test management tool (JIRA, qTest) and
- Monitoring/Troubleshooting Tools Splunk, DynaTrace, SOAP UI
Education skills and experience
- 2+ of experience in producing test plans and creating test UI scripts/cases
- Good experience of the management of all or part of the Mobile AppDev and UI Test execution phase in projects
- Work in Agile methodology with TDD
- Experience in API and Database Automated Testing
- Hands on experience of iOS (Objective C/Swift) and Android (Kotlin) technologies
- Hands on experience in developing test artifacts and processes. Should have done test reporting with good clarity and no ambiguity
- Experienced working in an onshore/offshore environment with flexible and adaptable working style to work with aggressive project schedules
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.

PHP
Android Development- Proven 9+ years of work experience in managing software development (Android/PHP)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
- Highly experienced with Agile development methodologies
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
- Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Work well under pressure and be able to prioritize to meet deadlines and quickly shift priorities as necessary.
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and demonstrate keen attention to details.
- Team player attitude is mandatory.
- High command in English Communication
- Work on projects, build and manage diverse teams of engineers from different disciplines, formulate and execute strategies, and coordinate with other managers.
- Plan, lead and manage a team of Software Engineers
- Provide leadership to the core engineering team of product development professionals, to drive all pertinent issues related to the product development life cycle.
- Build and execute the roadmap in terms of methodologies, development processes, and team enablement to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Apply knowledge of software engineering, programming, technologies, processes, and methodologies to develop, maintain and support the technical solutions.
- Analyze problems and drive long term technology solutions to evolve the product scalability, performance, reliability and supportability
- Partner with the Products team to contribute to the product strategy and support product vision
- Planning and executing strategies for completing projects on time.

PHP
Laravel- Contribute to the development of Web Applications Mobile restful APIs.
- Help scale our mobile team processes by practicing "Clean Code" principles for app architecture, branching/versioning, release train, Test Driven Development.
- Advocate for the Web platform e.g: evaluating new frameworks, leading the technical vision at Sri Aurobindo Society
- Deliver applications with enhanced features and capabilities, while also maintaining and continually improving turnaround time and quality
- Mentor and lead a team of developers; Lead code reviews and team meetings
- Keep track and reviews existing projects to identify bottlenecks, bugs, performance issues and involve the team to study and learn from existing projects.
- Proficient in one core codebase (CodeIgnitor, Drupal, Laravel, Magento); Laravel is mandatory
- Thoroughly test work prior to deployment into production.
- Accurately estimate the amount of effort required to complete a task.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues relating to PHP programs
- Ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure
- Take up system analysis, design, documenting responsibilities, and get it done in time. He/ she should be able to perform code analyzing and reading exercises for current and previous projects
