Auditor – Management Systems (ISO Standards)

🔎 About the Role

We are hiring a skilled Management System Auditor to conduct ISO audits, deliver high-quality assessment outcomes, and support certification activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, 50001 or other standards, along with strong reporting and client-handling skills.

This role involves extensive travel, interaction with diverse industries, and strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011 guidelines.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and execute Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification, Transfer & Special Audits.
• Review client documentation, audit scope, and previous audit history.
• Evaluate compliance with applicable ISO standards using process approach, risk-based thinking & sampling techniques.
• Conduct opening & closing meetings and prepare accurate audit reports.
• Record findings, non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
• Ensure professional client interaction across Quality, EHS, IT, HR & Operations teams.
• Maintain impartiality, confidentiality, and compliance with accreditation guidelines.
• Participate in calibration, witness audits, and competency upgrades.
• Identify business opportunities and refer potential clients during audits.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or Environmental Science.
• CQI/IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in at least one standard (Mandatory/Preferred).
• Minimum 5 years industry/auditing experience.
• Experience conducting minimum 15–20 third-party audits (preferred).
• Exposure to sectors such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, infrastructure, services (added advantage).

✈️ Travel Requirement

Responsibilities and Duties

- Researching & extracting relevant details about companies, executives, etc., from the Internet using various tools for various marketing campaigns

- Manage large database sets in multiple Excel files

- Responsible for data extraction and analysis by understanding different locations, industries, departments, designations of executives etc.

Your Day-to-Day Role:

• Design and implement web applications from initial concept, architecture design, to completed, operational software.
• Lead complex engineering tasks where you’ll act as the technical authority.
• Contribute to code reviews and continuous integration.
• Adapt and apply cutting edge technologies.
• Collaborate with other engineers, designers, and product owners to define elegant customer solutions.
• Ensure robustness by writing automation tests for your code.

What Are We Looking For:

At least 3 years of professional experience in Fullstack development.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Robust experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, ExpressJS, ReactJS, NodeJS). Expertise in ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS.
• Proficiency in Javascript (ES6) and TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience in Socket Implementation.
• Solid understanding of GIT and its workflows.

Good to Have Skills (Optional)

• Familiarity with Material UI.
• Experience with HTML Canvas APIs (Ex: KonvaJS for canvas drawing).
• Basic understanding of AWS services (S3, Redis, Lambda, Messaging services, etc.). 

Job Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and arrange senior executives travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination
• Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage correspondence flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the MDs calendar and set up meetings
• Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Help prepare for meetings and accurately record the minutes from meetings.
• Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
• Organize and maintain the office filing system
• Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all maters pertaining to the Company and all the senior executives.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4 - 8 years experience in a similar role reporting directly to upper management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet etc) with an aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Familiar with international travel arrangements

• Delivering a complete Front-end application
• Ensuring high performance on mobile and desktop
• Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
• Coordinating the workflow between the graphic designer, the HTML coder, and yourself
• Cooperating with the back-end developer in the process of building the web service/ application

Technical/Functional Skills:

• 3 to 5 yrs of experience working as an Angular Developer
• Experience in Angular 7,8,9 versions are mandated.
• Proficiency in CSS, HTML, javascript
• Experience on Multi-Language is preferable
• Knowledge on Arabic design is a plus
• Experience on Components based Architecture
• Experience on CSS Grids and Flex Layout mandatory
• Well versed with coding standards
• Be able to provide effort estimations based on the customer requirements
• Experience of implementing enterprise level Angular applications and the related Architecture
• Implementation knowledge on Agile, working experience on Continuous Integration (CI) process is required
