About the Role

We are looking for passionate and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary professionals to join our Compliance & Secretarial team. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing their CS course who wish to gain hands-on exposure to company law, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in company law compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Draft and file ROC forms (MGT, AOC, PAS, DIR, SH, etc.).
• Prepare Board and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes.
• Support in annual filings, maintenance of statutory registers, and secretarial records.
• Assist in incorporation of companies, LLPs, and other entities.
• Handle share allotments, transfers, and related compliance.
• Assist in preparation of Board Reports and Annual Returns.
• Research and ensure compliance with SEBI, FEMA, RBI, and other corporate laws (as applicable).
• Liaise with clients, regulators, and stakeholders for documentation and compliance.
• Support the senior CS/compliance team in advisory, due diligence, and corporate governance.

What you will do:

• Understand the process of CaaStle business teams, KPIs, and pain points
• Build scalable data products, self-service tools, data cubes to analyze and present data associated with acquisition, retention, product performance, operations, client services, etc.
• Closely partner with data engineering, product, and business teams and participate in requirements capture, research design, data collection, dashboard generation, and translation of results into actionable insights that can add value for business stakeholders
• Leverage advanced analytics to drive key success metrics for business and revenue generation
• Operationalize, implement, and automate changes to drive data-driven decisions
• Attend and play an active role in answering questions from the executive and/or business teams through data mining and analysis

We would love for you to have:

• Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or related field is required
• Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in data visualization/reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Qlikview, etc.)
• Experience in A/B testing and measure performance of experiments
• Strong proficiency with SQL-based languages. Experience with large scale data analytics technologies (i.e., Hadoop and Spark)
• Strong analytical skills and business mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways to drive insights and strategies
• Excellent communication, social, and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Programming experience in Python, R, or other languages

2. Experienced working knowledge of the Experience Server (CRX), including the Content Explorer, Design and build components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture.

1. Experience in developing applications, templates, and components for the Adobe AEM product.

1. Excellent working knowledge of the Android Mobile app development using java.
2. Excellent working knowledge of the hybrid mobile app development for android and iOS platform (Cordova).

2. Desired Profile:

1. 3+ years of AEM / CQ platform experience in developing Components, Templates, Widgets, OSGi framework (Bundles/Services, tag libraries), JCR, Apache Sling, Adobe Cloud Service Integrations, External Integrations (with DB, Web services and other WCMs & DMS), Workflows, Socialization Framework, Packages.

1. Previous experience as a WCM technical lead or as an AEM architect in delivering 2-3 complex Adobe Experience Management (AEM) projects Should have exposure to UI Development and familiar with the full stack development technologies (Java Script, Angular, Node JS)

1. Certification will be plus

Should be able to take responsibility and work independently.
