Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our product and customers. You’ll work closely with the sales and product teams to help prospects understand the value of Astuto.ai’s Cloud Cost Optimization and FinOps platform, and guide them through technical evaluations, demos, and solution design.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compelling demos and POCs tailored to customer environments.
• Translate customer pain points into product solutions and value articulation.
• Create high-quality customer value proposition documentation to create a business case for our solution
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve technical collateral and feedback loops.
• Support and onboarding of key customers.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales, solution engineering, or technical consulting for DevTools, or Cloud products.
• Strong understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP fundamentals and cloud cost concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to do repeatable, high-energy, engaging product demos.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear business value.

• Overall, 4-5 years of experience
• At least 3 years of HTML/CSS development experience is required
• Must have solid working experience on HTML5, CSS3, XML
• Should be an expert on XPath/Regex expressions for complex website navigations
• Working knowledge on core JavaScript
• Experience of mentoring the junior team members will be desirable
• Must have good communication skills

- Business Associate at Merilytics will be working on complex analytical projects and is the primary owner of the work streams involved.

- The Business Associates are expected to lead the team of Business Analysts to deliver robust analytical solutions consistently and mentor the Analysts for professional development.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The roles and responsibilities of a Business Associate will include the below:

- Proactively provide thought leadership to the team and have complete control on the delivery process of the project.

- Understand the client's point of view and translate it into sound judgment calls in ambiguous analytical situations.

- Highlight potential analytical issues upfront and resolve them independently.

- Synthesizes the analysis and derives insights independently.

- Identify the crux of the client problem and leverage it to draw relevant actionable insights from the analysis/work.

- Ability to manage multiple Analysts and provide customized guidance for individual development.

Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role :

- Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges are preferred.

Skills:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
• Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (Redux)
• Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus

Independent Consultant, Remote, WFH.

Senior QA Engineer shall be responsible understanding of the domain and using that understanding to enhance work output in terms of functionality of software applications. This Role needs to assess and diagnose issues during the requirement gathering process; Determine preliminary solutions to identified issues and gaps; Plan test schedules and strategies in accordance with project delivery dates. Must work towards continuously aligning test activities to prioritized requirements stack/product backlogs and JIT (just in time) model storms. Develop & execute test cases in alignment to test strategy

Automation QA

• Have worked on automation using tools like Selenium WebDriver or Appium.
• Experience in testing banking applications – like core banking systems, electronic banking apps, payment services
• Experience working on applications like Finacle, Fiserve DNA will be a plus.
• Testing Experience with good understanding of Software Test Lifecycle including Test Cases Design, Test Data Setup, Defect Management, Test log, Test results, Test Traceability Matrix
• Understand functional requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases for multiple projects.
• Perform Desktop, Web, API - functional, regression, smoke, exploratory testing & end to end testing.
• Demonstrated experience working within an Agile team and using project management tool like JIRA or similar tools
• Excellent communication to interact with the onshore counterparts, business teams and team members
