Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) with experience in the IT industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Looking for IT Sales
• Should be familiar with Website Development, Mobile App Development Services.
• Knowledge of Online Bidding on freelancing platforms is a must.
• Identify prospects, generate leads, and convert them into potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives to expand business opportunities.
• Work on increasing customer retention while attracting new clients.
• Identify new markets, develop strategies, and improve overall sales performance.
• Attend conferences, client meetings, and networking events.
• Develop and present quotes and proposals to clients.
• Set goals for the development team and drive business growth.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.
• Must have a good technical understanding and enthusiasm for new technology trends.
• Fluent English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to travel for client site visits and fieldwork.

Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher MBA (Marketing) or Minimum 1 year in Business Development (Preferred).

• Strong Creative Director or Design Lead profiles
• Mandatory (Experience 1) -Must have minimum 10+ YOE in Visual / Graphic Design, Branding and Marketing Campaigns
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have strong experience in Brand campaigns for Consumer Electronics / Durable products (like Smartphones, Smart Watch, Consumer Electronics) Or Automobile Brands - Read clients / brands worked for
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must be a Design focused profile, not copywriting focused
• Mandatory (Experience 4) - Must be managing a Creative team currently (Lead or Above in Current role)
• Mandatory (Portfolio) - Very Strong portfolio of Visual Design / branding works for Physical Consumer Products (Candidate should demonstrate strong portfolio evidence of creative direction, with competency in ideation, visualization, and Design)
• Mandatory (Company) - Consumer Electronics Brands OR Top Advertising Companies (Eg- Oglivy, McCann, Glitch, FoxyMoron etc)

Skills:

- Dotnet, .net core, Aws/Azure, Angular, Entity Framework , Solid principles

- Proficiency in .NET technologies.

- Front-end development skills using Angular.

- Experience with Agile product development.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in B2B organizations
• Strong empathy for customers AND passion for revenue and growth
• Ability to manage influence through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus building
• Ideally combined background of post-sale and sales or business experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Analytical and process-oriented mindset
• Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree; preference for computer science or related degrees
• Need - good excel skills. Want - good ppt skills
• Handling tough situations or unhappy customers
