Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CAD Designer with 4-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using NX CAD or other 3D CAD tools to create detailed and precise designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Modeling

Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD designs of components and systems using tools such as NX CAD- preferred or Solidworks,AutoCAD, or CATIA.

Develop and refine engineering drawings for manufacturing and assembly.

Ensure designs meet technical specifications, functional requirements, and industry standards.

2. Prototyping and Testing

Collaborate with the R&D team to develop and test prototypes.

Perform feasibility studies and stress analyses using simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS).

Identify and address design issues during testing and validation phases.

3. Process Optimization

Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimized for production.

Implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles in projects.

Continuously improve existing designs to enhance performance and cost efficiency.

4. Collaboration and Documentation

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers.

Prepare technical documentation, including engineering reports, specifications, and design records.

Support project planning and provide inputs for timelines and resource requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field.

* 4-10 years of experience in mechanical design or engineering, preferably in R&D focused industries.

* Proven experience in designing components and systems for complex projects.

* Proficiency in NX CAD software .

* Familiarity with simulation tools like ANSYS or Abaqus.

* Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.

* Experience in DFM, DFA, and DFMEA principles.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

* Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

* Familiarity with CAD tools for piping and wiring.

Position - News Editor

We are looking for a passionate News editor to join our editorial team and add flavor to the news articles. Every day, the role would include coordinating with an enthusiastic team of web3 experts in drafting articles that resonate with the target audience.

Experience: 4+ years of experience.

Roles and responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the newsroom, ensuring the timely publication of news articles.
• Helping and assisting the digital marketing team in framing content strategies.
• Source, assign, and review news articles, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to editorial guidelines.
• Monitor industry trends, breaking news, and regulatory updates to ensure comprehensive coverage.
• Collaborate with the social media and multimedia teams to enhance content distribution.
• Manage newsroom workflows, set deadlines, and provide editorial direction to the team.
• Conduct meticulous final checks to catch any errors, inaccuracies, or formatting issues.
• Collaborate with writers to address feedback and make necessary revisions.
• Utilize content management systems (CMS) to publish and schedule articles and multimedia content.

• Experience in working with a team of journalists or any news media platform related to fintech.
• Experience in finding and fetching trending news using social media channels like Twitter, Reddit, Telegram, and other open-source platforms.
• Exposure to modern technologies like AI, blockchain, and Web3.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an editor in a crypto media platform.
• Exceptional command of the English language, with strong writing and editing skills.
• Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS).

Responsibilities

• Receive calls, emails, trip feedback, and send an initial response within the SLA’s.
• Document all information according to standard operating procedures
• Categorize the request/Label it according to SOP (Type and Criticality)
• Identify the RCA (Root cause analysis) and the action items and document it in the internal note. This will help in breaking the issue into smaller parts and understand the cause for it. Guidelines for identification of RCA are present in the SOP
• Follow up with the owner with the result of RCA to identify the action items.
• Respond back to the employee with the best possible solution.
• Monitor the resolution for a day (if required) and then close the ticket. 
• Quality check for every call will be done on a real time basis.
