Job Overview

The primary role of a candidate will be a RF Engineer. The RF engineer will be a consultant who work collaboratively with the RF product team as well as partners to provide support for all presales solution aspects of the sales cycle.

Job requirements include but are not limited to the following activities: assistance & response to RFI/RFP preparation, opportunity & account planning, relation building with Partners and Product Management teams, demonstrations, joint partner solutions etc.

• Assist in pre-sales to post-sale transition to ensure smooth implementation and maximum customer satisfaction.

Job description:

• Should be ready for a full-time job working from office.
• Interest and ability to identify, document and articulate the business and technical requirements of a customer.
• Excellent in customer facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Should have clear understanding of RF, Electromagnetics, RADAR, and communication technologies.
• Good knowledge in KPI parameter analysis , having knowledge in 2G/3G/4G/5G Technology & concepts.
• Should quickly learn Technology/Product/Solution offerings Spectrum monitoring equipment.
• Should be able to provide support to customers on issues raised by them.
• Should be good in writing and quantitative skills, other Microsoft tools like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• High level of energy, enthusiasm, persistence, discipline, and a strong desire to succeed.
• Willingness to do whatever is necessary to win .
• Ability to travel abroad as well as domestically. Should be ready to travel to clients in India regularly for demonstrations, POCs, customer presentations, installations, and commissioning.

Technical Skills

• Preferred technical experience in data collection, RF optimization, Spectrum Monitoring and Management system.
• Electronics and telecommunications engineer with CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.
• Good understanding of computer hardware technologies and its trends in market.
• Preferred experience up to 2-5 years in presales role.
• Should have better understanding of software languages and to operate the application software.
• Experience with Database, Application integration etc. desirable.
• Should be capable in conducting demos, training, etc.

- Coordinate project management activities, projects, people, communications

- Handle customer communications through emails, tickets and conference calls

- Serve as the project coordinator, maintaining timelines and ensuring accurate delivery dates.

- Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

- Monitor and report on the progress of project to all stakeholders especially our customers

- Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information for internal teams

- Act as the main point of contact and communicate project status to all stakeholders

- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings

- Document meeting notes and follow up on action items and decisions from meetings

- Organize and maintain project materials such as documents, designs etc

- Provide operational support as needed

This is what you need to qualify:

- Proven 1 year work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role in Information Technology (IT) related projects

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic understanding of Information Technology concepts required. Intermediate knowledge of IT hardware, software, and networking beneficial.

- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

- Attention to detail and strong work ethics

Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specified projects ensuring consistency with project management governance.

• Overseeing the total project list and in particular the key critical projects
• Sharing project status with senior management on a regular basis
• Resolves complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes.
• Full ownership for one or more processes, reports, procedures or products, and may also be considered analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-function process or project deliverables.
• May supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees, but will not typically have formal management role.
• Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve issues.
• Ensures creation of project plan and charter benefits management plan, stakeholder management plan, acceptance plan, and central project issue log.
• Ensures resources are assigned to project & monitor commitment.
• Ensures change control is executed throughout project.
• Identifies, documents, and understands project dependencies Identify key stakeholders who participate in project scope definition.
• Tracks actual project costs, identify variances, and reforecast project costs as needed.
• Measures project management performance against standards.
• Ensures appropriate project staffing levels.
• Establishes project communication needs and create project communication plan.
• Creates the project risk management plan.
• Partners with cross function peers to create, administer, track, and eventually close project contracts.
• Client conversation and onboarding experience in middle office or portfolio accounting area
• PMP certified candidate is preferable..
