About the Role
Social Media Executive -Are you passionate about creating engaging content and building impactful brand stories? We're looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to join our social media team. If you have a flair for copywriting, a deep understanding of social platforms, and a keen interest in the beauty industry, this is the perfect opportunity to take your creative vision to the next level.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Social Media Strategy: Create and implement strategies aligned with business goals. Manage content calendars and optimise engagement based on trends.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute campaigns (promotions, product launches).
- Content & Shoots: Work with creatives to develop visuals and videos. Plan and manage photoshoots, including logistics and coordination.
- Community Engagement: Oversee social interactions, build influencer relationships, and monitor trends.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track performance, generate insights, and prepare monthly reports.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
The Ideal Profile
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a Social Media channel for a brand or agency.
- BMM/Design/Marketing degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of current social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva is a plus..
- Experience in content creation, including copywriting, graphic design, and video production.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
