Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with strong expertise in Salesforce and a proven track record in client acquisition, onboarding, and retention. This role is designed for an individual who can generate new business opportunities, build long-term client relationships, and support the agency's growth through innovative lead generation strategies and effective collaboration with our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment/staffing industry, with the ability to bring both domestic and international staffing clients to the table.

Key Responsibilities:

• New Client Acquisition: Drive business growth by identifying and securing new staffing clients (domestic and international).
• Client Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions and successful partnerships.
• Business Development: Lead efforts in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the recruitment/staffing sector, creating proposals and developing long-term relationships with clients.
• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including Salesforce, to generate new leads, and convert prospects into clients for recruitment services.
• Client Retention: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and repeat business.
• Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets by bringing in new clients and expanding business opportunities with existing clients.
• Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging, campaigns, and promotional strategies that support client acquisition and business growth.
• Staffing Expertise: Leverage knowledge of the staffing industry to advise clients on the best recruitment strategies, helping them find the right talent for their needs, both for domestic and international placements.
• Salesforce Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales activities and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Salesforce Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, with experience using it for lead generation, client management, and reporting.
• Experience in Recruitment/Staffing: At least 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within the recruitment/staffing industry.
• Lead Generation: Demonstrated ability to generate and convert leads into long-term clients, especially in the staffing sector.
• Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Proven track record in acquiring new clients, onboarding them successfully, and managing relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Business Development Skills: Strong aptitude for identifying business opportunities, pitching services, and closing deals with both domestic and international clients.
• Client Retention: Experience in developing and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships to ensure ongoing business and repeat engagements.
• Revenue-Driven: Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets and KPIs in a sales or business development role.
• Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with clients at all levels.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, recruitment, and operations to deliver client success.
• International Market Understanding: Knowledge of global recruitment trends, with the ability to adapt business strategies for both domestic and international markets.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in both domestic and international recruitment staffing.
• Knowledge of staffing agency operations and industry-specific needs.
• Additional experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM platforms.

Requirement:

• Degree/ Diploma in Graphic designing
• Ability to develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate digital platfoms and style to meet the client's objectives.
• Proficiency in Various Graphic Design software for making banners, info-graphics, posters, etc
• Would manage the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics that includes illustrations, logos, layouts, photos, videos
• Creativity and Graphic Design skills.
• Strong instinct for visually engaging design
• Design evangelist with a strong eye for details and an innovative bent of mind
• Ability to defend your design direction and reasoning if challenged in client meetings
• Minimum 3 years working in a similar role 

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients - AD or CD, and understand the brief and scope of projects
• Work with the Brand Strategist to add creative direction for digital marketing campaigns
• Create artworks for use across digital channels such as social media, Google ads, Websites etc.
• Work with the Brand Strategist for the internal branding and creative communication
• You will be working with a diverse team of strategists, copywriters, marketers and business development leads to bring client campaigns to life.

Nucleus – Senior Solutions Specialist

Location: Noida

Primary Responsibilities

Ability to communicate Value Proposition of Nucleus' Lending Product solutions to Banks and Financial Institutions

Be responsible to incubate the solution to BFSI client as per Nucleus' lending product fitment

Business/System Analysis, Solutions Designing & Pre-Sales

Support with functional scoping of RFPs, RFIs and Opportunities

Imparting trainings and demos to Prospects, Clients, Internal Teams, Sales teams, Channel Partners and Analysts

Expectation from the Role

Ensuring customer satisfaction by pitching right solutions, showing and explaining value of products to clients, requirement to product mapping

Basic knowledge of Retail/Corporate Lending domain

Willingness for Overseas and Domestic travel for client meetings, demos and Proof of Concepts (Post Covid)

What will you do?

• Act as senior level escalation point for technical remediation of incidents and service requests.
• Work as L2 resource in AWS Cloud infrastructure and system administration team providing technical support and resolving issues
• Troubleshoot technical issues faced which could be related to external interfaces, networking, application and Ubuntu configuration, IIS Configuration, Linux Servers etc.
• Resolving urgent and immediate requests by support team in a vibrant and demanding environment.
• Test upgrades and patches from development team prior to client rollout
• Document the Interface testing and other details, update and complete all handovers.
• Coordinate directly with on-site IT, vendors, off-site helpdesks over email or phone calls to complete technical assignments.
• Do audit of new implemented properties for initial few weeks and identify the repeated issues reported by property.

Technical Competencies you’ll possess:

• Strong Linux and Windows Administration skills
• In depth knowledge of the windows servers & Linux servers.
• Good understanding of AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, Firewall, Infrastructure, SQL and IIS Configuration, Ubuntu Configurations and MySQL.
• Working knowledge of interfaces and integrations of systems.

• Product first mindset and relevant experience is a useful plus
• Experience in channel management in B2C space will be very useful
