Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer who enjoys building products from the ground up and thrives in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll work across the stack to design, develop, and scale core platform capabilities, customer-facing features, and backend services that power our products.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you'll have significant ownership, influence technical decisions, and collaborate closely with product, design, and leadership teams.

Platform Development

• Design and build scalable platform components and shared services.
• Develop and maintain backend systems that support multiple products and workflows.
• Improve application architecture, performance, reliability, and security.
• Build reusable modules and frameworks to accelerate product development.

API Development

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js.
• Create robust integrations with third-party services and internal systems.
• Implement authentication, authorization, monitoring, and logging mechanisms.
• Ensure API scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Product Development

• Build and enhance customer-facing applications using React.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Take ownership of features from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.

Engineering Excellence

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
• Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and deployment workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–8 years of software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Node.js
• React.js
• PostgreSQL
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Good understanding of relational database design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Experience with Git-based development workflows.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Understanding of software architecture, scalability, and security principles.
• Experience working in agile, fast-paced product teams.

Job Details:-

• Expert with DeFi, NFT and latest Crypto Concepts. Should have working experience on these concepts
• Strong knowledge with Smart Contract best practices
• Experience with React JS & Node JS Required (We prefer MERN Stack). Having TypeScript experience would an advantage

Job Description :

9 to 12 years' experience in software engineering

Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering discipline

• Strong coding and debugging skills with experience in web technologies including one or more of the following: React, Angular, Node, D3 (Java API's Javascript etc.), AJAX, CSS
• Worked with authentication technologies like SAML, OAuth, SSL etc.
• Hands on experience with one or more web and application server technologies such as Apache Tomcat, Nginx, Jersey server, OSGi and other relevant frameworks
• Hands on experience with code control and code review tools like Git, Gerrit
• Good exposure to databases, SQL queries
• Fast executor with a track record of delivering complex projects on time; responds under pressures of time and uncertainty

• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.

• Knowledge of performance testing frameworks including Mocha and Jest.
• Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Good project management skills.
• Developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases
• Experience working with at least one SQL and NoSQL Database (MongoDB, SQL Server, Snowflake, Postgres preferred)
• Basic experience with AWS platform

• Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Python, Java, PHP and .Net.
• Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.
