● Undergraduate/ Postgraduate from top tier engineering schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB within 2-4 years experience will be preferred
● Minimum 2 years prior experience in strategy consulting or strong experience in leading PnL at high-growth startups or equally analytical roles preferred.
● Strong analytical ability, with an excellent track record as an independent problem solver.
● Ability to understand large amounts of data to find the issue and crisply communicate to the CEO will be a given.
● Adept at MS Excel & PPT

Job Description:
● Serve as liaison between the CEO, executives, and senior leaders for project updates, proposals, and planning.
● Independently lead multiple high stake projects that impact the PnL across Growth, Technology, Operations and Product
● Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining hard copy and electronic files planning, and coordinating annual corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities.
● Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness to existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with the CEO and executives on special projects.
● Willingness to develop and learn subject matter expertise in healthcare, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work on a disruptive product that’s still in its early stages
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of the CreatorStack mobile app aimed at iOS and Android
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the CreatorStack app
• Mentor other engineers, define our technical culture and help to build a fast-growing team.

Must Have:

• Have experience in product development, architecture, and design for a 2 to 5 years
• Are proficient in Flutter language
• Have the ability to learn and look for ways to improve yourself and the processes around you
• Have strong knowledge of iOS and Android frameworks and the ability to deal with different screen sizes
• Are proficient with RESTful api's to connect mobile applications to back-end services
• Experience with storage, threading, and performance tuning
• The ability to mentor and support other team members by doing code reviews and applying your experience in process and technical leadership
• Experience working with agile team environments and if you are a self-starter, conscientious member of the team
• Good knowledge in pixel-perfect implementation of designs

Responsibilities

Understand systems enabling third party integration 

Translate business requirements to the APIs and SDKs exposed by these systems. Figure out the optimum interfaces to interact with these. 

Build generic connectors to interact with these technologies. 

Design, implement, deploy and maintain the connectors. 

Minimum Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields. 

Experience needs to be around 8+ years 

Strong problem-solving skills. 

Ability to understand the technology and its APIs in quick time. 

Strong design pattern fundamentals. 

Good core java skills like Multi-threading, collection framework. 

Good communication and mentorship skills 

Ability to put together architecture diagrams and designs

• Demonstrating and presenting products and services.

Purpose of the role 
A Product manager at CarWale would be responsible to deliver world-class products that solve real-world problems around car buying, by working in an agile framework of iterative development and collaboration.

Role description

Primary responsibility of the role would be to define the product roadmap & backlog, work with business and functional teams to design and implement changes that drive user acquisition, user experience & monetization.

 

 Key responsibilities:

• Lead a development team to implement product changes while working collaboratively with multiple stake holders like Design, Sales, Operations & Management.
• Analyze data to derive product & business insights and use them to strategize changes.  Iteratively improve on the product by running tests
• Be responsible for prioritization of features based on assessment of business impact & effort.
• Report findings & periodic reviews with Management.
