Role and Responsibilities

Understanding business requirements: Gathering client requirements and analyzing them to understand their business needs

Configuring Odoo: Configuring the Odoo framework to meet the client's requirements

Managing the project lifecycle: Managing the project from design to testing, and ensuring quality of the delivered functionalities

Providing support: Providing ongoing support and guidance to clients, including user training and documentation

Communicating with clients: Communicating with clients about the project's status and ongoing tasks

Helping with pre-sales: Helping the business development team with pre-sales activities

Solving customer issues: Analyzing and solving complex customer issues related to data and processes

Demonstrating to clients: Making demonstrations to existing and prospective clients

Good knowledge of ERP Software

Expertise in the following areas: Inventory, Accounting, CRM. Sales, Purchase Management, Human Resources

Manufacturing

• To take lead and manage the backend team.
• Taking ownership and developing new micro services/systems to improve the products.
• Managing and adding on to our linux based content management system as well as our web servers.

• 4+ years of hands-on experience working with serverless architecture.
• Hands-on experience with products at a scale of > 50K DAUs.
• Should be able to architect and implement complex services/systems in a simple and scalable manner.
• Self starter with the ability to lead a team.
• Should be an expert in: Python. AWS Lambda, RDS and EC2 SQL databases, specifically postgresql. NOSQL Database, specifically dynamoDB.
• Should be able to write automated test cases for developed code.
• Should be proficient in the linux environment.

• Previous experience leading outsourced engineering teams required
• Previous experience working with US leadership team, US customers and US-based vendors and service providers

Qualification

• Bachelor / Masters degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development

A good team player with expertise working as part of Agile teams. Hands-on experience in practising Scrum, XP and Kanban.

• Strong hands-on experience in web development using ASP.NET MVC and C#.
• Usage of SQL and no SQL databases
• Hands on experience in test-driven development and DevOps practices
• Strong design capabilities, following SOLID principles using C#
• Well-versed with pair-programming
• Working on solutions hosted in cloud environments (AWS or Azure)
• Implementation of Continuous Delivery processes
• Usage of Git
• Good understanding of Behaviour-driven development and domain-driven design
