🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Apache Spark (PySpark or Scala APIs)
• Develop and optimize ETL processes for batch and real-time data ingestion
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and DevOps teams to support data-driven solutions
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all stages of the data lifecycle
• Implement data validation, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms for production pipelines
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and tools like Airflow, Kafka, and Delta Lake
• Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and documentation

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 3–6 years of experience in data engineering with a focus on Python and Spark
• Experience with distributed computing and handling large-scale datasets (10TB+)
• Familiarity with data security, PII handling, and compliance standards is a plus

As a Lead Product Designer you will be in charge of :

1. Platform - Our platform is a suite of tools that makes the underlying core technology usable for FIs and there are certain parts that will also be used by the customers of the FIs. So you have an opportunity to design for both B2B and B2C.
2. Branding - All design aspects of creating, evolving and maintaining the brand
3. Conversation Design Principles - You will create and own the Conversation Design Principles, which will be used by the rest of the teams to design how our AI Assistant will converse.

Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
o Manage social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Twitter
o Ideate and develop creative content strategies for each social media platform
o Supporting the Marketing team with content in the form of visual assets
o Creating images, memes, animated videos with graphic overlays for all clients. Creating Landing pages. Shooting videos, photos, editing and posting on SM.
o Evaluating the competitive landscape and suggesting new ideas for visual content
o Assisting with honing brand identity on the blog and social media
o Prepare monthly social media calendars
o Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns.
o Posting and engaging with the audience
o Proficiency in the use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, and Flash)
o Compile report to show results (ROI) and identify KPIs to be monitored and work closely with the marketing manager to set awareness goals and plan ways to achieve them. We offer the flexibility to work from home.

What we are looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience of development on full-stack applications
• Experience with usage of NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Familiarity with SQL and RDBMS Systems
• Experience in creating applications with NodeJS and MERN stack
