We are looking for energetic folks with 6 months to 1 years of experience, who will be responsible to

build a market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating and closing business

relationships across Bangalore.

Responsibilities:

· Prospect for potential new clients and this into increased business.

· Cold Call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of

opportunities. Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging your network.

· Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.

· Research and build relationships with new clients.

· Identify opportunities for campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase

in sales.

· Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling

propositions and differentiators.

· Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

· Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites are fulfilled within a timely manner.

· Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal

staff.

• Brush up your skills in Photoshop & Illustrator
• Illustrator tools - Pen tool, Gradient, Pathfinder, Blending modes, type on a path, rotate and reflect, mesh tool, selection tool, etc.
• Photoshop tools – change the color of the background, remove a selection, pen tool etc. 
• Make sure to revise to recreate curves, and nodes smoothly while doing vectorization.
• Try making some logo designs, and work on the curves & texture.

• Strong computer system analysis and design skills in current methodologies and patterns including vanilla JavaScript, some experience with ReactJS, Redux, React Native, Webpack, and Typescript or similar library/tools.
• Obsessed with WPO (Web Performance Optimization) and web/mobile performance analysis.
• Experienced with web standards and protocols such as HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP, and socket APIs in general.
• Familiar with web security, SEO, accessibility and internationalization.

• Bridging the gap between end-users and business team
• Gap Analysis for the entire process life cycle to streamline the TAT
• Data Analysis for the marketing campaigns, loan disbursement and ad-hoc search engine optimization lead management
• Liasioning with the customer service team to help resolve any borrower queries
• Working with Inside Sales, Customer Service, and Operations Teams to facilitate a smooth working between the stakeholders in all modes of communication

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduation from Tier- 1/Tier- 2 institute
• 1.5 to 2 years of experience in a multi-stakeholder environment building relationships with internal and external stakeholders in fin-techs, banking, or broader financial services
• Experience in data analysis (Dashboards)
• Good problem articulation & problem-solving skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good presentation and communications skill    

About the job

We are looking for an experienced individual who can work with us. The selected developer would help us in developing new backend services, update / change older working services, creating REST APIs for frontend, and maintain existing code and integration to other Providers with High Quality and re-usable code. Further it will be expected out of the developer to help in optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of edge cases, and test the code.
