WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

● Contribute to the entire implementation process including driving the definition of

improvements based on business needs and architectural improvements.

● Review code for quality and implementation of best practices.

● Promote coding, testing, and deployment best practices through hands-on research and

demonstration.

● Write testable code that enables extremely high levels of code coverage.

● Ability to review frameworks and design principles toward suitability in the project context.

Requirements:

● Engineering graduate with 3-5 years of experience in software product development.

● Proficient in Python, Django, Pandas, GitHub, and AWS.

● Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

● Strong Experience in designing REST APIs.

● Experience with working on scalable interactive web applications.

● A clear understanding of software design constructs and their implementation.

● Understanding of the threading limitations of Python and multi-process architecture.

● Familiarity with some ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.

● Good understanding of Test Driven Development.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for an ambitious, results-driven SDE2 to join our Engineering team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Backend Developer with a strong background in building scalable SaaS applications and expertise in AWS cloud infrastructure. This is an onsite role where you'll take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, contribute to system design, mentor team members, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

Code Quality and Development:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebases.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production bugs efficiently.

System Design:

• Lead and contribute to Low-Level Design (LLD) and High-Level Design (HLD) for complex system architectures.
• Drive technical discussions to define the technical roadmap for the product.

API Integration:

• Design, develop, and integrate APIs to ensure seamless functionality with third-party systems.
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance in API implementations.

AWS Expertise:

• Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Implement robust CI/CD pipelines and monitor systems using AWS services.

Mentorship and Team Collaboration:

• Mentor interns and freshers to build their technical capabilities and confidence.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience of 2+ years in building SaaS applications.
• In-depth knowledge of AWS services and cloud infrastructure with hands-on experience of 1+ years.
• Expertise in LLD and HLD for designing scalable and reliable systems with hands-on experience of 2+ years.
• Proven track record of API integration and troubleshooting production bugs.
• Understanding of frontend-backend integration for delivering seamless user experiences.

Good-to-Have:

Roles & Responsibilities:

• You will be coordinating our enterprise account-specific teams called squads, consisting of members from engineering, machine-learning, and conversation-design teams.
• There are five working groups in the organization, (i) Business (ii) Research (iii) Solutions (iv) Product, and (v) Operations, where you will be joining the Solutions, working group.
• You will be collaborating with the sales team to design an appropriate solution to the customer's problems and help them showcase the value of the product.

Work you will be doing:

• You will be building bespoke voice bots for enterprise clients using internal tools.
• You're expected to help build the Solutions stack whose goal is to reduce the amount of effort put into building our voice bots. 
• You will be involved in analyzing client calls where you're expected to use either data pipelines or SQL to get insights into caller behavior.

We are looking for a Python Web Developer responsible for managing the interchange of data between the server and the users. Your primary focus will be the development of all server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will also be responsible for integrating the front-end elements built by your co-workers into the application; therefore, a basic understanding of front-end technologies is necessary as well.

• Writing reusable, testable and efficient code.
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server side logic.
• Implementation of security and data protection.
• Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)

Skills And Qualifications:
