Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or Economics.

·    3+ years of experience providing support for ERP systems, preferably SAP.

·    Familiarity with ERP/SAP integration processes and data migration.

·    Understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities, modules and data structures.

·    Understanding of technicalities like Integrations (API’s, ETL, ELT), analysing logs, identifying errors in logs, etc.

·    Experience in looking into code, changing configuration, and analysing if it's a development bug or a product bug.

·    Profound understanding of the support processes.

·    Should know where to route tickets further and know how to manage customer escalations.

·    Outstanding customer service skills.

We are looking for a senior, hands-on international sales professional with strong US market exposure to drive outbound sales, generate pipeline, close deals, and establish a high-performing sales team in India.

This is a hunter role requiring strong IC ownership initially, with responsibility to build and scale the US-focused sales function from India.

Key Responsibilities

Individual Contributor (Core Responsibility)

• Execute outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) for US market
• Drive IT services / SaaS / solution sales conversations with US customers
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
• Consistently add new logos across mid-market and enterprise customers
• Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline forecasting, and reporting

US Market & Stakeholder Engagement

• Actively engage with US Directors, clients, and partners during US business hours

• Represent the company in sales calls, demos, and negotiations

Sales Strategy & Process Setup

• Define outbound sales playbooks, ICPs, messaging, and outreach strategy
• Set up sales processes, tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks
• Work closely with leadership to align revenue targets and growth plans

Team Setup & Leadership

• Build and mentor a US-focused sales team in India
• Hire, onboard, and train SDRs / sales executives
• Transition gradually from pure IC to player-coach model

Required Skills & Experience

• Translate deep insight of architecture, product, specifications into a robust test plan covering all aspects of testing including functional, reliancy, performance, load, scalability and security.

Basic Requirements

• B.Tech/M.Tech/Equivalent in Computer Science or a related technical field 
• 8+ years of QA/automation engineering experience on large scale distributed systems
• Deep understanding in Authentication, Single Sign-on and Identity Management systems like AWS IAM, Azure AD, Ping, Okta and Auth0
• Hands on experience in testing Role based Access Control Authorization Model in Cloud and Database Systems
• Proficiency in any of Java/C++/Python/Go and automation frameworks
• Hands on experience in integration of automation using CI/CD tools like Jenkins
• Experience in planning and executing QA/Automation tasks to completion and taking ownership of quality during a set of sprints.
• Experience in designing, implementing, executing and analyzing automated  tests for complex, production system software.
• Experience in analyzing deep product issues and following issue resolution 
• Hands on experience of working projects on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platform
