The role reports to the Head of Customer Support, and the position holder is part of the Product Team.

Requirements

·    Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or Economics.

·    4-8 years of experience in a similar role in the IT Industry.

·    Solid knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service).

·    Multitasking is your second nature, and you have a proactive + Customer First mindset.

·    3+ years of experience providing support for ERP systems, preferably SAP.

·    Familiarity with ERP/SAP integration processes and data migration.

·    Understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities, modules and data structures.

·    Understanding of technicalities like Integrations (API’s, ETL, ELT), analysing logs, identifying errors in logs, etc.

·    Experience in looking into code, changing configuration, and analysing if it's a development bug or a product bug.

·    Profound understanding of the support processes.

·    Should know where to route tickets further and know how to manage customer escalations.

·    Outstanding customer service skills.

·    Knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry/domain is preferable.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language

Strong Senior QA Automation / SDET Engineer Profile with robust Java skills

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have 4+ YOE in Automation QA Testing with atleast 3+ years of strong exposure to Java

Mandatory (Experience 2): Must have proven experience with Playwright/Selenium for end-to-end test automation and strong hands-on experience with Java (The resume should clearly highlight hands-on Java experience through relevant projects or responsibilities, rather than only mentioning Java in the skills section)

Mandatory (Experience 3): Must have strong proficiency in TestNG and/or JUnit

Mandatory (Core Skills 1): Solid understanding of QA principles, testing strategies, and best practices

Responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to promote properties and generate leads.
• Respond to inbound calls and answer queries related to various real estate projects.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with potential buyers.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to provide additional information and gather feedback.

Qualifications

Job Summary 

• Participate in the full development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters including design, development, testing, and maintenance of the existing application with minimal supervision.
