What You’ll Do
As an SAP CPI Senior Consultant, you will:
Develop and implement integration strategies and architectures utilizing SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration)
Lead analysis and design sessions to create requirements to develop client solutions
Aid in designing, developing, and configuring SAP CPI functions to meet client business requirements, including integration points with other modules and systems
Manage and oversee the design and development of customized RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and Workflows) objects
Provide general technical support for our clients and lead other consulting resources
What We’re Looking For
4-8 years of experience in SAP CPI
Minimum of 2 full-lifecycle SAP CPI projects
Team lead experience
Expertise in integrating SAP with 3rd party systems
Flexibility and adaptability - Our seniors work on everything from design to hands-on development and can stretch into new roles
High-level expertise with core SAP modules, including SD, FICO, EWM, MM, PP, TM
Thorough client services orientation and accustomed to taking an active role in executing engagements and project plans/tasks
Willingness to support both project-based work as well as application-managed services (AMS)
Ability to support a hybrid-working model at home and in the local office
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills and the ability to present and communicate findings and recommendations
4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline
The role reports to the Head of Customer Support, and the position holder is part of the Product Team.

Key processes in the role
· Build extensive knowledge of our SAAS product platform and support our customers in using it.
· Supporting end customers with complex questions.
· Providing extended and elaborated answers on business & “how to” questions from customers.
· Participating in ongoing education for Customer Support Managers.
· Collaborate and communicate with the Development teams, Product Support and Customers
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering or Economics.
· 4-8 years of experience in a similar role in the IT Industry.
· Solid knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service).
· Multitasking is your second nature, and you have a proactive + Customer First mindset.
· 3+ years of experience providing support for ERP systems, preferably SAP.
· Familiarity with ERP/SAP integration processes and data migration.
· Understanding of ERP/SAP functionalities, modules and data structures.
· Understanding of technicalities like Integrations (API’s, ETL, ELT), analysing logs, identifying errors in logs, etc.
· Experience in looking into code, changing configuration, and analysing if it's a development bug or a product bug.
· Profound understanding of the support processes.
· Should know where to route tickets further and know how to manage customer escalations.
· Outstanding customer service skills.
· Knowledge of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/ Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry/domain is preferable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language
