Job Title: Admission Counsellor
Min Experience: 2-3 years
Gender: Female only
Qualification: Graduation and above
Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel students and parents on academic programs, career options, and admission processes.
2. Provide guidance on college selection in NEET UG, application procedures, and eligibility criteria.
3. Conduct information sessions, workshops, and one-on-one counselling.
4. Build relationships with schools, colleges, and other stakeholders.
5. Manage leads, follow up with inquiries, and convert them into admissions.
6. Stay updated on admission trends, policies, and procedures.
Required Skills:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience in counselling (NEET UG), education, or sales
2. Knowledge of admission processes and academic programs.
- Make a list of potential clients such as supermarkets, online grocery portals, kirana stores, etc.
- Work on analysing sales data and generate weekly sales reports via field sales management software
- Accompany salesmen and understand the selling process in-field sales
- Visit kirana stores and supermarkets to analyse shelf space, competitors in the market and market share of our product
- Suggest suitable promotional activities based on your observations
- Work closely with field sales executives and assist them in ascertaining the productivity of stores
- Manage and learn the overall sales process and get first-hand experience in the FMCG market
- Good telecommunication skills and corporate skills.
Responsibilities :-
- Advocating for good user experience across our platform by representing the users in product strategy and roadmap discussions
- Identifying the best UX methods and tools to use, depending on project constraints
- Prototyping solutions to solve complex problems
- Contributing to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look, feel, and user experience at all customer touch points
- Sharing and reviewing your designs based on peer feedback, research, and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor/Masters in Design, HCI, Psychology or any other related field
- 6-7 years of experience in designing desktop and/or mobile applications
- Previous experience owning and executing on UX designs through collaborative decision making with front-end developers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and other disciplines
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, content modelling, prototyping, user research, and design systems
- Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work
- Experience using prototyping tools, as well as fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design
- Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects.
- Figma experience is a must
- Hands-on experience with Sketch, Invision, Photoshop (or equivalent softwares) is an added to bonus
-Experience of working in Fintech is a huge bonus

- Hands-on experience in writing Node.js applications
- Deep knowledge of Restful APIs, Web Services, command-line programs and solid design principles.
- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks like Express.js,Sails.js,StrongLoop, Meteor,Loopback.js, etc
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database(MongoDB)
- Knowledge of tools like Docker, Git, Postman, JSdocs, etc.
- Well versed with front-end technologies - HTML5, and CSS3, AWS, GCP, Azure, Good hold on CLI command, OS
- Proficiency in multiple programming languages, both dynamic(Javascript, Python, Ruby, etc.) and strongly typed object-oriented language.
