Responsibilities of the role:
- Analyse, track and optimize on an ongoing basis effective benchmarks for measuring the campaigns performance including keyword/placement bids, account daily/monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, CTR, conversion rate and other important metrics and proactively make strategic recommendations to meet campaign goals and improve performance.
- Communicate with internal stake holders on project development, timelines, and results. Work closely with the other team members to meet goals.

Essential Functions:
- Work with VFX Lead and Art Director to create a wide range of high quality real-time VFX
- Collaborate with design to create abilities, boss effects, in-game pickup effects
- Create skyboxes, cloud systems, storms, and ambient effects inside environments
- Create VFX for cinematics to support story
- You will be expected to create the highest quality real-time visual effects, both in appearance and performance, while adhering to the project’s artistic vision
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, animation and art teams to create beautiful and believable effects that offer creative solutions to design challenges, add life to the game world, and create wow moments for the users
- Responsible for a variety of aspects of real-time vfx production from creation & simulation all the way through optimization and quality assurance
- You will work in the engine and own both the technical and creative processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of real-time VFX experience
- Impressive portfolio demonstrating a wide variety of VFX coverage and animation skills
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, as well as Maya or other 3D packages
- Critical eye for timing and motion in relation to real world physics behaviors
- Experienced in gameplay VFX (abilities, boss, npc)
- Team player attitude, and self-driven to excellent content
- Proficiency with authoring and editing node based shaders and blueprints
- Advanced animation proficiencies with experience using Houdini, FumeFX, Rayfire, and/or After Effects
