We are looking for field sales agents with an entrepreneurial mindset, who will play a vital role in acquiring and activating travel agents. This is a very roll-up-your-sleeves role - you will have to knock on doors, pick up the phone, or do whatever it takes to acquire travel agents.

Responsibilities:

• Acquire and activate travel agents through various channels like office visits, telephone, email, social networks, events & meetings.
• Establish, grow, and maintain commercial ties with travel agents both current and potential in the designated territory to attract new partners for our services.
• Create a sales funnel, identify the right leads, define long-term goals, and engage in strategic business planning.
• Align sales activities with the tele-sales team, product, marketing, and customer success team.
• Build an in-depth understanding of our products and give demos or solve product queries to convert agents.
• Attend road shows, trade fairs, and other travel industry events.
• Maintain and analyze data.
• Stay updated on industry insights and opportunities for strategic planning and growth.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of sales experience in the travel industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships
• Prior experience in acquiring travel agents or in visas or insurance is a big plus
• Proficient with using CRMs and Google Sheets
• Ability to handle pressure

1. Lead the development of frontend architecture and implement scalable, maintainable, and

high-performance web applications.

2. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure adherence to best

practices and coding standards.

3. Mentor and guide junior frontend developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and

improvement.

4. Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and integrate new

solutions as appropriate.

5. Coordinate with the project management team to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality frontend

components and features.

6. Contribute to the development of reusable components, tools, and libraries to improve team productivity

and code maintainability.

● Attending virtual sales meetings.

● Responding to client’s queries via email or calls.

● Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable.

● Answering any technical questions, the client might have

● Presenting your findings to the technical team & project manager to act on, after confirmation from the Project manager convey the outcome to the client

● Carry out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.

● Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations to customers.

● Meet sales targets set by managers and contribute to team targets.

Skills and requirements

• Experience analyzing complex and varied data in a commercial or academic setting.
• Desire to solve new and complex problems every day.
• Excellent ability to communicate scientific results to both technical and non-technical team members.

Desirable

• A degree in a numerically focused discipline such as, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Engineering or Biological Sciences..
• Hands on experience on Python, Pyspark, SQL
• Hands on experience on building End to End Data Pipelines.
• Hands on Experience on Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Bricks, Data Lake - added advantage
• Hands on Experience in building data pipelines.
• Experience with Bigdata Tools, Hadoop, Hive, Sqoop, Spark, SparkSQL
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases for the purposes of data retrieval and management.
• Experience in data warehousing and business intelligence tools, techniques and technology, as well as experience in diving deep on data analysis or technical issues to come up with effective solutions.
• BS degree in math, statistics, computer science or equivalent technical field.
• Experience in data mining structured and unstructured data (SQL, ETL, data warehouse, Machine Learning etc.) in a business environment with large-scale, complex data sets.
• Proven ability to look at solutions in unconventional ways. Sees opportunities to innovate and can lead the way.
• Willing to learn and work on Data Science, ML, AI.

Responsibilities

 Analyze user engagements (e.g. click-through and bounce rates)

 Report on web traffic from all social media

 Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in content marketing projects

 Identify the habits of our online customers and suggest ways to reach a broader audience

 Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness

 Coordinate with our digital team and the Marketing department to design advertising campaigns

 Ensure timely responses to customers and followers’ queries and comments

 Advise other employees on their social media activity (e.g. how to respond to comments and questions by customers and what to share on personal or company accounts)

 Research how emerging social networks and features can benefit our company

Requirements:

 Previous work experience as a Social Media Analyst, Social Media Coordinator, or similar role

 Hands-on experience with social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns

 In-depth understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics

 Experiences with social media management tools, like Buffer and Hootsuite

 Familiarity with online content (experience with WordPress and content management systems preferred)

 Ability to identify target audience preferences and trends

Excellent communication skills

 Time management and multitasking skills

 Additional qualifications in digital technologies or social media management will add plus points to your performance.
