Responsibilities:

·      LLM Development and Fine-tuning: Fine-tune and adapt large language models (e.g., GPT, Llama2, Mistral) for specific healthcare applications, such as text classification, named entity recognition, and question answering.

·      Data Engineering: Collaborate with data engineers to build robust data pipelines for large-scale text datasets used in LLM training and fine-tuning.

·      Model Evaluation and Optimization: Develop rigorous experimentation frameworks to assess model performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform model selection.

·      Production Deployment: Work closely with MLOps and Data Engineering teams to integrate models into scalable production systems.

·      Predictive Model Design: Leverage machine learning/deep learning and LLM methods to design, build, and deploy predictive models in oncology (e.g., survival models).

·      Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, domain experts, and stakeholders to understand business needs and drive the successful implementation of data science solutions.

·      Knowledge Sharing: Mentor junior team members and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and LLMs.

Qualifications:

·      Doctoral or master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.

·      5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models.

·      12+ months of in-depth experience working with LLMs. Proficiency in Python and NLP-focused libraries (e.g., spaCy, NLTK, Transformers, TensorFlow/PyTorch).

·      Experience working with cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Preferred Qualifications:

o  Experience working in the healthcare domain, particularly oncology.

o  Publications in relevant scientific journals or conferences.

o  Degree from a prestigious university or research institution.

Reviewing the company debtor list.

Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.

Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.

Negotiating suitable payment plans.

Maintaining customer payment records.

Preparing customer financial statements for banks and the state credit department.

Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.

Instituting legal action when customers fail to pay their debt.

Responding to customer queries.

Contacting lawyers and insurance agencies to facilitate payments.

Collections Officer Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business management, or a similar field.

Previous experience working as a Collections Officer.

Excellent negotiating skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with state debt collection laws.

Knowledge of payment plans and accounting procedures.

Knowledge of office and accounting software.

Languages English with Hindi or English with 2 South Indian Languages

PUC (with 6 months or 1 Years experience letter is Mandatory)

1. Preparation of Drawings, Estimates, Calculations, etc for covered and not covered items (MEP) for running properties.
2. Prepare technical documentation for structural and MEP works.
3. Preparing Queries/ Clarifications getting cleared from a consultant.
4. Preparing the bill of Quantities (BOQ) as per the drawing.
5. Comparison of BOQ with Technical specifications.
6. Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing engineering execution works
7. MEP Engineer has to identify problems in the execution, planning, managing, and delivering of multiple projects.

Required Candidate profile

1. Preparation of detailed specifications for selected items.
2. Preparation of RA Bills & certification.
3. Reconciliation of materials and certification of RA bills of contractors to the management for every month

Job Description:

• 5+ years of development experience
• Expertise in IBM MDM version 11.x (Advanced Edition) product, hands-on multiple implementation experience.
• Hands on experience with IBM MDM Customization using features which includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification
• Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Agreement, Location)
• Expert Java, JEE development background with RSA/ RAD, Websphere, MDM Workbench, SOAP Web Services, XML, XSD, WSDL
• Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Joins, Triggers(DB2/Oracle)
• Working knowledge of concepts like Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and how to use these with different types of integration technologies
