About the Role: We’re looking for a creative and talented Exhibition Stall Designer who can visualize and execute compelling, brand-aligned stall designs for trade shows, expos, and events. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, production, and fabrication teams to bring concepts to life - from 3D render to final execution on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conceptualize innovative, brand-specific stall designs for exhibitions and events.
● Create detailed 2D layouts, 3D designs, and renders using tools like SketchUp, 3ds Max, AutoCAD, or similar.
● Work within client briefs, budgets, and timelines to deliver creative yet practical solutions.
● Collaborate with project managers, production teams, and fabricators to ensure technical feasibility.
● Make mood boards, material references, and visual storytelling decks to present to clients.
● Adapt designs based on feedback while maintaining visual impact and functionality.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends in exhibition design and materials.
Requirements:
● Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Exhibition Design, or related field.
● Proficiency in design software: SketchUp, 3Ds Max/V-Ray, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator).
● Strong visualization, spatial planning, and presentation skills.
● Excellent understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and on-site limitations.
● Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
● Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
● Prior experience in exhibition or experiential design is a must.
Nice to have:
● Experience working with international brands or large-format exhibitions.
● Understanding of branding and customer experience in physical spaces.

Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for lighting high-end architecture and product visuals using Corona Renderer in 3ds Max, ensuring photorealistic output that matches international quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up realistic lighting for day/night scenes in Corona Renderer.
- Optimize light balance, shadows, and contrast without compromising realism.
- Work closely with modelers to enhance the final output.
- Troubleshoot render issues, optimize scene settings, and reduce render time.
- Collaborate on animation and still render projects across residential and commercial categories.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong command over Corona Renderer in 3ds Max.
- Deep understanding of light temperature, GI, HDRI setups, and exposure control.
- Ability to produce natural and cinematic lighting without heavy post-processing.
- Knowledge of LightMix, interactive rendering, and LUTs.
- Minimum 1.5 years of professional experience in lighting for architecture visualization.
- A solid portfolio of lighting renders (interiors + exteriors + products).
Good to Have:
- Experience with animations and render passes.
- Familiarity with After Effects or Photoshop for minor post.

1. Create and design print and digital materials
2. Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to the deadline
3. Retouch and manipulate images

5. Collaborate with the creative director and graphic design manager to develop design concepts
6. Receive feedback from the creative director and graphic design manager and make necessary changes
7. Assemble final presentation material for printing as needed
8. Maintain a functional organizational structure for various departments and ensure continuous up-gradation of employees
- Conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects and oversee them to completion
- Collaborate with account executives to obtain knowledge of the clients’ requirements
- Direct and motivate teams of art directors, illustrators, copywriters etc. to help them use their talents effectively
- Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
- Write and design unique and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ needs as well as our own
- Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
- Train and guide subordinates into accomplished professionals
- Monitor results of team efforts and propose actions for the future

We are going after this untapped segment with a product offering which includes industry best visualization and customization tools to cater to these
Responsibilities
- Create attractive designs and layouts for various projects
- Meet with client in order to understand the client's objectives and desires
- Communicate effectively with client, vendors and team in order to address client's needs
- Prepare presentations (3D, 2D,mock-ups and renderings) for clients
- Create quotes for clients and ensure full workflow is followed
- Prepare BOQ with regards to budget and design
- Maintain industry knowledge in order to stay relevant
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 5-10 years of experience in related field Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong creative and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to execute
- Design and create industry-leading motion graphics for video deliverables.
- Prepare design plan, concept, and layout for motion graphics projects.
- Create and deliver motion graphics in various media including web, mobile, etc.
- Work with art and creative teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Assist in selecting audio, video, colors, animation, etc. for graphic design.
- Work with creative director, producers, and other designers to resolve technical and / or design issues.
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
- Assist in designing and creating storyboards.
- Participate in the brainstorming session to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Maintain and follow best practices for versioning control, naming convention and organization of graphics files.
- Maintain up - to - date knowledge about latest graphic design techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards.
