Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for staffing healthcare professionals, conducting interviews, building relationships with clients, and providing excellent customer service.
Location: Hyderabad/ Noida
Timing: 8:30 pm - 5:30 am
Qualifications
- 1+ Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing healthcare professionals
- work on positions like RN, CN, LPN etc along with the allied positions.
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of Healthcare regulations and compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
- Experience working in the Healthcare industry or staffing agency is a plus
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
