
As a Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition , you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process and ensuring the acquisition of top-quality candidates to meet the organization's talent needs. You will collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand staffing requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of high-quality candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates.

- Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for process improvements and innovative recruitment strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
