- Conduct reference checks and background screenings to verify candidates' credentials and employment history.
- Actively participate in job fairs, industry events, and networking activities to promote the organization and build relationships with potential candidates.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interviewing techniques, candidate evaluation, and selection decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent sources.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
