Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and strategies.
- Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate evaluation.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and other recruitment software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
