Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter at DevCare Solutions in Chennai. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for daily tasks such as healthcare staffing, hiring, customer service, communication, and recruiting.

• Experience in the healthcare industry
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
• Should have hand of experience in Hiring RN , LPN , LVN, SN , Allied Position too

Role Description

Qualifications

• 1+ Experience in Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Interviewing healthcare professionals
• work on positions like RN, CN, LPN etc along with the allied positions.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Knowledge of Healthcare regulations and compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field
• Experience working in the Healthcare industry or staffing agency is a plus
