Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong workforce that aligns with our company culture and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking events) to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and facilitate interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and determine selection criteria.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely communication and feedback.
- Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support for a smooth transition.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and organized recruitment records and metrics to track hiring progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
