Role: Customer Support – International Voice Process

Location: Bangalore

Requirements:

Salary Structure:

* 0 – 6 Months Experience: 3.1 LPA

 * Training: ₹20,000/month

 * Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹22,000/month

* 7 – 12 Months Experience: 3.75 LPA

 * Training: ₹24,000/month

 * Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹27,000/month

* 12 – 23 Months Experience: 4.10 – 4.22 LPA

 * Training: ₹27,000/month

 * Post Training (incl. variable pay): ₹30,000 – ₹31,000/mont

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinate and clarify the requirements and technical issues (including client interaction)
• Support creation of high and low level design
• Development and maintenance of automation code
• Build reusable Business objects as required
• Review the automation implemented code
• Deploy the code to multiple environments phase wise
• Provides regular status updates to clients and management
• Participates in research/design/implementation of appropriate automation tools
• Develop .net libraries using C# /.Net
• Design and develop SQL scripts – Stored procedures, queries, and functions
• Perform unit testing, support systems integration testing and UAT testing
• Raise ticket and co-ordinate with IT team and CS team
• Analyze, estimate and implement special projects
• Effectively manage multiple priorities / assist with various projects as they arise.
• Accurately track, monitor, and report progress and obstacles
• Travel requirements will be modest, working hours must be flexible to deal with international time zone and key process owners located throughout the world.

Education, Experience, & Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent is required
• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 2+ years of overall development experience with leading RPA tool.
• Certified RPA Tool (UiPath, UiPath X, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) as developer
• Programming experience in Java, .Net, C, C#, .Net, Python
• Sufficient knowledge of RDBMS like ORACLE / MS SQL Server and SQL tools
• Knowledge in developing & understanding excel macros codes.
• Knowledge in Power BI, Excel Macro, web forms, mobile applications are preferable.
• Knowledge of service oriented architecture is preferable.
• Knowledge in Finance & Accounting domain is preferable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Effectively interact with various levels of management.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Job Description & Expectations

We are looking for an executive to help a portion of the 65,000+ customers of Sulekha achieve tangible business outcomes. He/she will closely work with paid customers of Sulekha to achieve the desired goals of Sulekha. This portfolio will be managed by the Pro-Manage SME product of Sulekha.

Pro-Manage Boost operations

a. Profile Enrichment of existing and new customers of Sulekha who want to enhance their presence in Google, Bing, Facebook and others as we add on, by working on their profile content.

b. Deliver on KYC and 8 vectors of digital presence that include posts, photos, videos directions, keywords to enhance the value of customers trying the Sulekha Pro-Manage Boost product

c. Email, Phone call and WhatsApp engagement with customers to obtain content and optimize the Google listings & on other platforms.

d. Closely work with cross functional teams including central design team, central keyword research team and marketing teams to deliver value.

e. Pro-mange Dashboard Training supporting the customer to understand the dashboard.

f. Performance Management for the customers, analyzing the profile performance sharing the reports and insights with the customers and recommend changes to enhance the profile.

Education, Professional and Personal Attributes

· B.Tech/BE/B.Sc. graduation is preferred

· Excellent communication skills, with good knowledge in Hindi and 1 regional language. This is mandatory to help with category expertise

· Good analytical knowledge including working knowledge of all Microsoft tools and awareness of digital advertising tools like Google, Facebook is preferred

· Min. 1 year of experience in digital marketing including interacting with customers will be preferred

· Should possess an innate love of data and ability to see new patterns that impact business
