Application Support Engineer

We are hiring an L1 IT Support Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in desktop/helpdesk support to provide first-level technical assistance across end-user systems, cloud, and enterprise IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Office 365 issues (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
• Manage Active Directory tasks: password resets, access/user management
• Install/configure laptops, desktops, printers, and software
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP)
• Support AWS CloudWatch alerts and basic Linux troubleshooting
• Handle patching, RCA, documentation, and SOP updates
• Manage tickets in ServiceNow/Jira and meet SLA timelines
• Support onboarding/offboarding and escalate complex issues to L2

Required Skills

• 2–3 years in IT Support / Helpdesk / Desktop Support
• Strong in Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory
• Basic exposure to AWS / CloudWatch and Linux/Unix
• Familiarity with ServiceNow/Jira, ITIL/SLA processes
• Knowledge of SIP/VoIP basics is a plus
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills

Job Summary:

The position of a Software Developer is a full time VB6 Programmer role. He will be primary responsible for maintaining and developing code. As a VB 6 programmer you will be responsible for to plan program code, enhancements and changes. Job Responsibilities: 1. To create, test and maintain software product codes. 2. Provides assistance to technical staff when they are unable to resolve a program, SQL database. 3. To resolve customer queries as assigned to resolve a problem. 4. This role will be responsible for building technical project plans for Compass as well as tracking and driving the delivery of those projects. This role heavily involves mathematical and analytical skills, since you would be directly responsible to set incentives programs for customers and consult them over that.

• Strengthen and maintain relationship with the new & existing clientele.
• Partners with Product, Project Manager, and other business owners to define the business need for the project.
• Provides domain knowledge for project feasibility and software solution by researching customer needs and problem areas with internal/external stakeholders, understanding system flow, reporting need and regulatory impact.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to meet customer requirements and expectations. 
• Ensures problem definition, requirements, user stories, success criteria and interface design efforts.
• Understand and manages changing business and technical requirements.
• Support and contribute to stakeholders with information needed for publication and user training documentation.
• Delivers innovative and best value options to increase ease of implementation and outperform the competition.
• Ability to contribute to implementation/Onboarding process improvements
• Follows the company’s software development life cycle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• BTech or MCA or MBA required
• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience and in a customer facing role
• Good exposure to SAAS product.
• Exceptional soft skill, including the ability to talk with both technical and business concerns.
• Good Microsoft Excel which involves using Pivots and mathematical formulae
• Ability to think logically and constructively about complex problems.
• Must be able to work independently. 
• Ability to work effectively in team environment.
• Ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
• Ability to easily pivot from one task to another, including managing multiple project and timelines.
