Job Overview :

Seeking a Senior SDET with strong automation experience across frontend, backend, and APIs for distributed microservice-based products.

Key Skills (Mandatory) :

• Golang (preferred) / Java (must be willing to learn Golang)
• Playwright & Selenium (UI Automation)
• REST Assured (API Automation)

• Build & maintain UI/API automation frameworks

Review Criteria:

Mandatory:

• Strong Associate Manager – Customer Success, Account management Profile
• Must have 4+ years of overall experience with aleast 2+ Years in Customer Success role.
• Must have experience managing clients in the outside India market (Preferrably US/America clients)
• Must have cross-functional experience working closely with Sales, Product, and Ad Operations teams for campaign execution, performance optimization, and client delivery.
• Must have strong technical understanding of digital advertising / programmatic platforms/software products
• B2B SaaS (AdTech experience is highly preferred)
• Candidate must have no frequent job hops and a minimum of 1+ year in the current organization.

Preferred:

• B.E/B.Tech (IT/CSE/ECE) with MBA preferred
• Exposure to pre-sales activities, including product demos, onboarding, and performance review presentations.
• Experience in analyzing data-driven advertising performance metrics and building optimization strategies.

As a technically savvy and results-driven Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be driving revenue growth, reducing churn, enhancing product value, and supporting pre-sales activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent relationship-building skills, a strong technical background, and a drive for achieving results.

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Proactively engage with clients to understand their business objectives, monetization goals, and challenges, and provide strategic recommendations to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Product, and Operations, to coordinate seamless onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support for clients.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and analysis of client monetization stack, identifying areas for improvement and developing optimization strategies.
• Monitor key performance metrics and provide timely reports and insights to clients, highlighting advertising performance, trends, and opportunities for growth.
• Deliver product demos and educate clients on best practices, new features, and industry trends to maximize their utilization and success with our platform solutions.
• Resolve client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Support pre-sales activities, including conducting product demonstrations, presenting technical information, and addressing client inquiries and concerns.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the ad tech space to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2-5 years of experience inthe internet/technologyindustry (mandatory)
• B.E / B.Tech(IT / CSE / ECE) along with an MBA degree (highly preferred)
• Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust, foster positive business relationships and credibility with clients.
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of software products and the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
• Accountability and personal organisation are essential
• Experience in managing a diverse group and training each according to company standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on results and driving revenue growth.

Qualifications:

BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields 5+ years of full stack design and development experience High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach. Responsibilities:

Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular to backend API code using NodeJS and managing databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc. Involved in full stack code management from Git check-ins to running automated builds and deployments using DevOps practices to deploy to public cloud services like AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc. Handling full-stack web development workflow right from front end to backend to CI/CD workflows. Skills Required:

Your Responsibilities:

• Own the backend stack – Python based, that powers our product

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Backend Developers(Node.js), Front-end developers, DevOps to design and implement new features
• Build and maintain several Backend Jobs and REST’ful Services which will be used internally in a Macroservices/Distributed services environment.
• Deploy and monitor the Jobs and endpoints ensuring availability and scalability(ability to handle 100X data processing load)
• Work on full project lifecycle starting from requirements gathering/understanding the problem to deploying and maintaining the project.

Skills that you bring Along:

• A minimum 8+ years of extensive work experience with Python and related frameworks – particularly Flask.
• Extensive experience in designing and scheduling backend Python jobs

The expectation is to set up complete automation of CI/CD pipeline & monitoring and ensure high availability of the pipeline. The automated deployment environment can be on-prem or cloud (virtual instances, containerized and serverless). Complete test automation and ensure Security of Application as well as Infrastructure.

Extensive hands-on Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery technology experience of .Net, Node, Java and C++ based projects(Web, mobile and Standalone). Experience configuring and managing

• ALM tools like Jira, TFS, etc.
• SCM such as GitHub, GitLab, CodeCommit
• Automation tools such as Terraform, CHEF, or Ansible
• Package repo configuration(Artifactory / Nexus), Package managers like Nuget & Chocholatey
• Database Configuration (sql & nosql), Web/Proxy Setup(IIS, Nginx, Varnish, Apache).

Deep knowledge of multiple monitoring tools and how to mine them for advanced data Prior work with Helm, Postgres, MySQL, Redis, ElasticSearch, microservices, message queues and related technologies Test Automation with Selenium / CuCumber; Setting up of test Simulators. AWS Certified Architect and/or Developer; Associate considered, Professional preferred Proficient in: Bash, Powershell, Groovy, YAML, Python, NodeJS, Web concepts such as REST APIs and Aware of MVC and SPA application design.
