Cloud Engineer

LogiNext is looking for a target oriented and enthusiastic technology recruiter who has a successful record in closing the perfect candidate for a job role. With an eye for the right talent, you will be a part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle driving hiring results and closures. 

You have experience in technology recruitment with a proven track record in a SaaS product company. You are a master in analysing the appropriate skills, building a strong recruitment pipeline and bringing them to closure.

Responsibilities   

• Handle end to end recruitment cycle for the open positions 
• Coordinate with the hiring managers to understand the skill-set required, create a job description, develop a recruitment plan and execute it
• Screen the profiles of inbound candidates and search profiles through various job portals to hunt for the best candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews and follow up with the candidates
• Negotiate with the candidates on salaries and perks offered
• Create a pipeline of active candidates qualified for further interview rounds for the open positions and construct of strong network of passive candidates
• Represent LogiNext strongly to generate a genuine interest in the candidates and provide them complete and inspiring details of the position
• Log and record each-and-every outreach made, in the ATS and generate regular activity reports 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HR, Business Management, Statistics or related field
• Experience in technology recruitment with high success ratio
• Possessing good understanding of recruitment cycle in a product organization
• Good knowledge of enterprise technologies and SaaS market
• Experience in negotiating with recruitment and staffing agencies while handling the internal recruitment activity
• Good screening skills along with strong judgement on the behavioral skills to evaluate the candidate’s technical fitment and alignment with LogiNext’s cultural values
• Ability to take ownership, understand the requirements of positions and prosper in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Extensive working knowledge of developing relationships with candidates and keeping them interested in LogiNext along with ability to generate leads to find the best of the candidates
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and time management skills are essential
• Ability to manage and handle multiple requirements at a time efficiently
• Regularly keep oneself posted with the latest technologies

• Proven track record in running full sales cycles and closing business deals.
• Hands-on experience in winning new accounts as well as generating business in existing customer bases.
• Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.
• Deep understanding of the HubSpot platform.
• Experience in selling HubSpot services or similar SaaS products (an advantage).
• Stellar communication and relationship-building skills.
• Enthusiastic, outgoing, and driven to create value for prospects.
• Strong sense in creating value for the prospects.
• 1-3 years experience in selling B2B SaaS products

Responsibilities

•Responsible for print communication and advertising for Hidesign and Hidesign group of companies–The Promenade, Le Dupleix, Casablanca.

•Concept and design of advertisements, in-store promotions and offers

•Menu designs, posters, tent cards, stationery design, VM props (involving print media), catalogues, booklets, brochures etc.

•E-mailers and web pages for online offers

• Responsible for video editing

• Implementation and design of in-store posters and signage’s

Requirements

· Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Flash, Corel draw, HTML, UI/UX, Word, Excel, Power point

· Technical knowledge of printing, print-finishes and color management

· Areas managed: print ads / publication / collaterals / illustrations / web design (any online + basic film editing experience is a plus)

· Attitude: Assertive, efficient, great executional skill, ability to think,

follows timelines and result-oriented with a sense of styling.

Automobile Background Experience is Mandatory.

Scope & Responsibilities

As a Department Leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring the team of

Linux systems administrators on a daily basis. You will help build and grow the sys admins

team and lead them to success. As Systems Management Department Leader, you will work

both as a People Manager and a Senior Systems Administrator.

As Manager you will recruit and retain a high motivated and professional team of

administrators. Together with our CTO and HR team, youre going to define recruitment

needs in your team and participate in the recruitment process. You will also work on

improving the onboarding process for new employees.

More tech part of the job contains designing and managing systems, tools, and infrastructure

to match our customers needs and provide them with outstanding, safe and reliable

solutions.

This position requires you to be able to devise proactive solutions to project-related issues

Skills & Certifications

- Proven team building and management background (2+ years)

- Strong project, process and people management skills

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Strong background in Linux administration (4+ years experience)

- Amazon AWS certification preferred (EC2, ECS, EKS, Lambda, IAM, KMS)

- Automation (we use Ansible)

- Infrastructure as code (we use Terraform)

- Knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices

- Comfort with collaboration across multiple projects

- Ability to lead and coordinate team of professionals on daily basis

This position also requires you to be able to participate in on-call
