Looking for expert who can translate Ideas into Visuals PivotRoots is seeking a talented, personable visual designer who can assist the User Experience Visual Design team by working with other designers and development teams on a variety of projects. The PivotRoots User Experience Design group is a multi-disciplinary team of professionals. You Are Great At · Creates innovative visual design, layouts, iconography and interactive solutions to ensure that all projects are consistent with the corporate brand and identity. · Experience with designing of multi-channel services or experiences. · Provide detailed design and layout specifications for responsive / Adaptive / PWA UI design · Experience in participating in co-creation sessions and collaborative workshops with stakeholders and users. · Understand and design complex functional specifications · Responsible for production design and asset management for each project assigned · Work closely with software developers, interaction designers, usability specialists, and product managers · Deliver all design solutions on time, with a high focus on detail · A strong grasp of industry standard design and prototyping software (Sketch, InVision and Adobe Creative Cloud) What It Takes · High level of proficiency with leading design software packages, including the core Adobe Creative Suite products. · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Demonstrates strong commitment to high quality personal work ethic, while adhering to departmental and corporate standards, · Demonstrates strong interpersonal and organization skills, meeting all project deadlines · Works well independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adjusting priorities quickly in response to changing corporate/departmental goals. · Strong sense of branding, usability and is adaptable with visual design styles. Educational Background · Accredited post-secondary User Experience and/or Visual/Graphic Design-focused program (3+ year programs preferred) · Minimum 5 years of working experience in UX-related visual/graphic design · Design portfolio required (provide PDF or URL of sample design work)

Write, test, debug and ship code and gather feedback on the scale, performance, security to incorporate back into the platform. Work with the founders to identify complex technical problems and solve them. Work with the product design and client experience development team to support them with scalable services Feed into the overall mission and vision of the eParchi’s platform over the period of the coming months and years. An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and multitasking skills. ● Will have to dedicate full time until the college opens, after which he needs to dedicate 6-7 hours on weekdays and full time on weekends.
