Product Designer

Requirements / Experience:

• 4-8+ years of PHP application development experience
• Strong Experience using Laravel/CodeIgniter/ Symfonyframeworks
• Strong experience and theoretical knowledge of PHP
• Front end and back end development expertise
• JavaScript (Vue.js, React, node, Typescript, RequireJS)
• Front end frameworks (Bootstrap, Tailwind, etc.)
• Good background with SQL Databases (writing queries, optimization, query builders usage, ORMs)
• API development and documentation (OpenAPI)
• Troubleshooting (ability to react in the most effective manner to eliminate technical issues)
• Solution-Making (ability to propose the most effective technical solutions)
• NoSQL experience is nice to have
• Ability to work on existing live projects and do the modifications as required. 
• Ability to work independently and in a team as well

About the role

We are looking for a AI prompt engineer to assist in designing and organizing digital coloring books and related content for distribution channels. This is a remote/work-from-home position ideal for someone creative, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and organizing coloring book content (themes, illustrations, layout)
• Design covers and interiors using tools like Canva (basic knowledge is a plus)
• Ensure files are KDP-ready (correct dimensions, formatting, and resolution)
• Support in researching trends and developing ideas for new books
• Maintain an organized asset library for all created content

Location & commitments

• Work from home
• Part-time or full-time based on availability and workload

Candidate requirements

• Creativity and an eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of Canva is a plus (training can be provided)
• Interest in coloring books, publishing, or graphic design
• Willingness to learn and grow in the digital publishing space
• Must have a computer/laptop and internet connection

Salary Structure

• Monthly pay: Up to ₹10,000 based on experience and performance

Roles/Responsibilities:

 Own a team of 15-20 Developers and QAs at various levels

 Provide continuous feedback, training and make sure team is working on their full

    potential at all time

 Review the architecture/design of a product/module/feature and provide feedback

 Architect, design and/or hands-on code the critical portion of a

   product/module/feature

 Mentor the tech-leads on architecting the product to deliver on-time

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in Node.js. Basic understanding of front-end technologies and platforms, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors, such as LESS and SASS
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Management of hosting environment, including database administration and scaling an application to support load changes
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms such as mobile vs desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Proficient understanding of security principles
• Understanding of “session management” in a distributed server environment

Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest for products/service offerings

• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Prospect and build a sales pipeline for the Sales Managers via outbound calling, email communications, andother direct marketing methods
