About the Role

We're looking for a hands-on QA leader to own quality across our products. You'll set the QA strategy, build and scale our automation and testing infrastructure, and lead a growing team — while staying close enough to the work to dig into a tricky bug yourself. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to define how quality is done, not just execute test cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 5-6 backend engineers, ensuring high-quality code delivery, adherence to best practices, and timely project completion.
• Hands-on development using TypeScript, Node.Js, and NestJs to build robust and scalable backend systems.

As a Node.js Developer, you will be responsible for:

Designing, developing, and maintaining server-side applications and systems using Node.js, a JavaScript runtime environment. Your expertise in backend development, JavaScript, TypeScript, and REST APIs will play an essential role in creating efficient and powerful server-side applications.
