Job Description: Executive Assistant - Founder

What would you be required to do?

• Supervise the office boy, housekeeping staff, and security to efficiently manage the Founder's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and other events.
• Book travel & accommodations arrangements for the founder for all his trips and for any employees who are travelling for official purposes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless scheduling while prioritizing urgent and important tasks.
• Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports to be sent on behalf of and signed by the Founder.
• Handle the Founder's payments, bank transactions, credit card payments and updations and related procedures and ensure all financial processes are accurately executed with the necessary approvals. Handle login credentials securely and discreetly.
• Manage all relevant documents related to banks, government agencies, and internal and external partners. Ensure accuracy, organization, and timely retrieval of documents as required.
• Monitor and renew all necessary memberships, such as club and hotel memberships, ensuring they are updated as needed.
• Assess and onboard new vendors based on their efficiency and quality standards for all official tasks along with Admin
• Develop a fair understanding of the Founder's day to day requirements, as well as their family business, and proactively plan and execute tasks to meet those needs.
• Remind the Founder of upcoming urgent and important meetings and tasks, on a daily basis. Continuously coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of tasks.
• Perform tasks that will free up the Founder’s time like ordering books, returning any materials, sending festive gifts and greetings to our stakeholders for Diwali,
• Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the Founder.

What skills we are looking for?

• Masters/bachelor in finance, commerce or related field preferred, or any other specialization
• Proven record of more than 5 years’ work experience being EA to a CXO/ founder
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with office gadgets and scheduling applications (e.g., e-calendars, outlook, and print machines)
• Maintain Discretion and confidentiality for all matters relating to the founder
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment

Skills needed?

• Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role more than 5 years
• Excellent proficiency in verbal and written communication.
• Proactive and detail-oriented individual with multitasking skills

What would you be required to do?

 Design and implementation of the overall web architecture

 “Pixel-perfect” implementation of our approved user interface

 Front End Development - Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript,

CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, jQuery

 Design and deployment of our database

 Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability

 Design and construction of our REST API

 Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API

 Design and implementation of continuous integration and deployment

 Designing Database - Expertise in databases like MySQL, Other database like MongoDB , PostgreSQL Will be plus.

 Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

 Overseeing and guiding the analysing, writing, building, and deployment of software.

What skills we are looking for?

 Writing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Being up on the latest practices is a must, e.g.,

HTML5, CSS3.

 A relevant back-end programming language experience

 Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and

associated versions

 Server management and deployment for the relevant environment

 Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework—both front-end and

back-endlike React, Laravel.

 Thorough understanding of user experience and possibly even product strategy

 Experience implementing testing platforms and unit tests

Skills needed:

 Software developer with skill to develop front-end and back-end system in Web site development.

 The candidate number have hands on experience in handling and developing code in JavaScript, React, HTML, PHP, MySQL, APACHE & NGINX to develop web based applications.

·      Design performance gauging, building robust APIs to support mobile and desktop clients

What would you be required to do?

•Collaborate with the leadership team to formulate and execute the design strategy for the organization

•Collaborate with external as well internal stakeholders from time to time and ensure DQphilosophy is aligned with the processes followed

•Be responsible for the projects seen as potential and ongoing in terms of quality, timelines, and aesthetics of design as per DQ philosophy

•Take the time to understand client style and need and merge that with DQ design philosophy in a creatively unique way each time for each different project

•Create and present design solutions as per the process

•Ensure that the client enjoys the home renovation process as that is one of the USP’sof DQ

•Create estimates, schedules, and staffing plans to complete projects

•Use software to design, sketch, and provide drawings of proposed projects when needed

•Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria

•Provide support and guidance to clients on the newest trends in home décor and design

Who qualifies?

•At least 5+ years experience as an architect or interior designer in a luxury residential space (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions). Entrepreneurship experience will be an added advantage

•MBA/ Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing or Architecture preferably from a foreign University with international experience

•Handled luxury projects of Rs. 10,000 – 12,000 per sq ft

•Space Planning

•Influence and client engagement skills

•Able to create material, furniture boards home models

•Good communicator, able to deal firmly and fairly with contractors, consultants, and vendors

•Developing concepts & sketches by virtue of Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and all installations

•MBA / B.Arch / Diploma in Interior Designing preferably from a foreign University with international experience

•Must Know all state of art Software
