We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Flutter Tech Lead to join our team and drive the development of scalable, high-performance multi-platform applications across Desktop, iOS, and Android.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Requirements:

✅7–9 years of overall software development experience

✅Strong hands-on experience in Flutter (Mobile + Desktop)

Key Job Responsibilities:

• You will proactively engage with both the senior stakeholders and co-founder to understand their business goals and help them to build an effective sales plan
• Develop and execute sales strategies and identify target sectors, responsible for agency sales and business development activities PAN India
• The role would be dynamic in nature and would include finding prospective clients, designing pitches, strategizing, planning, meeting prospects and closing deals independently
• Ability to put together large complex proposals that speaks to the client’s needs, concerns, and objectives
• Expert in creating sophisticated sales model/pipeline and running them for profitable business venture
• Should have experience with selling digital services like Website & Application Development and Design, Branding, Packaging & Publication Design and Digital Marketing end-to-end
• Analyze & prepare annual sales budgets, responsible for generating revenue collection, establish strategic plans to achieve maximum profits, and expand customer base through extensive marketing
• Ability to analyze and implement marketing strategies and develop sales initiatives
• Drive strategies to increase product & service awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends as well as projections for the future
• Prospect for potential new clients, acquiring and maintaining healthy relationship with them
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Must have prior experience in handling large & multiple accounts
• Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
• Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales
• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurately entered

Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team

• Proven experience in handling large infrastructure and distributed systems like Kafka, Yarn, Elastic Search, etc..
• Familiarity with Python-related technologies and frameworks like Django or Pyramid.
• Experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration (e.g. filesystems, inodes, system calls, etc) or networking (e.g. TCP/IP, routing, network topologies, and hardware, SDN, etc)
• Familiarity with at least one of the cloud computing infrastructures - GCP / Azure / AWS
• Familiarity with task queue frameworks like Celery or Pika is a plus.
• Source code management and Implementation of security best practices.
• Experienced in building monitoring/metrics & alerting tool (APM tool), a custom dashboard for each Application stack against the supported environment
• Good understanding & implementation experience using 12-factor App principles
• Awareness of Cloud Security concepts
• Awareness of Information Security concepts and Best Practices

• Experience in Web and Mobile Applications
• Agility and ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements and scope and priorities
• Experience in Java, Python.
• Deep understanding of data structures and microservices.
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
• Familiarity with front-end technologies
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Interaction with multiple data sources
• Good understanding of SQL
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop, and optimizing output to match the specific platform.
• Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git .

Requirements:-

• Must have good understanding of  Python and Shell scripting with industry standard coding conventions
• Must possess good coding debugging skills
• Experience in Design & Development of test framework
• Experience in Automation testing
• Good to have experience in Jenkins framework tool
• Good to have exposure to Continuous Integration process
• Experience in Linux and Windows OS
• Desirable to have Build  & Release  Process knowledge
• Experience in  Automating Manual test cases
• Experienced in automating OS / FW related tasks
• Understanding of BIOS / FW QA  is a strong plus
• OpenCV experience is a plus
• Good to have platform exposure
• Must have good Communication skills
• Good Leadership capabilities & collaboration capabilities, as individual will have to work with multiple teams and single handedly maintain the automation framework and enable the Manual validation team
